Amanda was lovely and made me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained everything she was doing and gave me helpful advice on which package to purchase next, as well as recommending other skin treatments that could benefit me. A really lovely experience!

I had several laser treatments in Milton Keynes and they all were very professional. I would like to note that I really enjoyed having Lily as my laser specialist. She is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during my treatment.

I purchased prepaid treatments intending to use them at your Leeds branch. However, I was not informed that the branch did not have a suitably qualified therapist to provide these treatments. I only discovered this when I tried to book an appointment and was told that this was not possible.

As the treatments cannot be provided at the Leeds branch, I requested a refund for the prepaid sessions. I was initially told that the manager was unavailable because she was having a baby. I then contacted the company again last week but have still not received a response.

I find this lack of communication and the delay in resolving the matter extremely disappointing. I have paid for treatments that I cannot access, and I now expect this matter to be resolved without further delay.

Please confirm when I can expect to receive my full refund.

Waste of time. If you have any skin tone darker than a tone 3 their lasers are too weak to work and you will be sent away. So brown or black people steer clear.

No mention of this on the website or on the phone when I rang up. Wasted a day taking holiday from work, fuel to drive to town and parking costs to be told their equipment isn't good enough to do my skin.

Oh and if you dont agree to wear sunscreen for the rest of your life they will refuse to give you any other treatments at all anyway! If I could give zero stars I would. Utter waste of time. Avoid

Paid for my sister first consultation who ended up in hospital on the very day of her appointment. She got
Home at 5am with a rebooked emergency appointment at 10am at the hospital clinic . All
Evidence could be supplied . We paid 20 deposit for her first consultation and was told she had lost it - bearing in mind she has booked the appointment the previous day she ended up in hospital so 48 hr cancellation could never apply as she booked it within the 48 hour period and she was told
No refund .
We tried to rearrange our appointment so I have her appointment and she has mine which was the next day but she was told no her appointment has gone just 10
Minutes after she explained her predicament . It’s just a bad organisation stealing money from the very community who support their business. . Disgusting and upset for her and disappointed I had already prepaid treatments . Not good at all . Even if I cancel my rebooked sessions
I would only end up with a voucher !

I bought a package of 10 laser sessions for the Bluewater clinic in a sale in December 2025. A few months later, they announced Bluewater would close. I followed staff advice to leave 4–6 weeks between treatments and attended every session I could, but I still had 3 left when it closed in September.

For weeks before the closure, I emailed asking to transfer my remaining sessions to Camden, the only other clinic I can reach. They kept telling me to wait. After it closed, they refused a refund and only offered to freeze my sessions at Bromley, which I can't get to. They never explained why Camden wasn't an option.

I made a formal complaint and followed it up, and I still haven't had a response. The closure was their decision, but I'm the one left out of pocket. The treatments themselves were fine. The way they've handled this has been really disappointing, and I'd think twice before prepaying for a package.

Im not happy at all i had so many full body hair removal, Laser section I didn’t get any results and i had hydro facial l get results but with the last section no because she doesn’t have experience and they Counsil my appointment in last minute with out my promotion

The whole experience was great. Magda was my clinician today. I was really happy with the detailed explanation of the process of my treatment choice. She went through and helped me with an informative cleansing routine and gave me some ideas on help with areas of my skin i was concerned with. Magda made me feel totally comfortable. Just always an amazing experience with this clinic. I’ve been using their services for 4 years and have gone through so much and the team have been supportive every step of the way. Always happy to help and accommodate. Every member of staff has been wonderful, kind, and attentive and great conversation.

Also the laser actually works. I’ve been to a number of clinics but this is the only one where my hairs showed signs of reduction immediately.
