I recently reached out to support regarding the Picosure treatment I completed, as I am still experiencing hyperpigmentation. I wanted to follow up to check on the next steps and to seek further guidance on why this may have happened and what options are available to improve the pigmentation.

While I received a prompt response to my initial email, suggesting I meet with an in-house specialist to find a remedy, I was informed that the Customer Support Manager would call to arrange an appointment. However, I have yet to receive that call.

Ask for Kat from the Eastcheap branch she is friendly, knowledgeable, keeps her rooms sanitary, no question is too much for her to answer, and she is dedicated and ensures that her clients are informed and achieve their desired results. For example I paid for a 8 course laser hair removal treatment for my armpits, bikini and perianal. I noticed hair keep appearing in certain area on the bikini sections my former problem area (underarms and perianal fine after a couple sessions no ingrowns hairs barely growing back) Kat concentrated on my problem area and adjusted the laser to ensure that the issue was rectified. You can end up laughing and joking with Kat as she is so personable you forget you are undergoing laser hair removal. Great results, I wont be going back to waxing again. Excellent customer service x

I have used Pulse Light Clinic (PLC) for laser tattoo removal and I’m really pleased with the service and the results.

I researched heavily and attended several consultations sessions, with different clinics. What I learnt through research and interviewing the clinics and clinicians is that there are different lasers, different technologies, so comparing like for like was really difficult. I finally settled on PLC, and I’m so glad that I did!

The service has been warm, professional and honest, throughout. And the results have been incredible, after just 1 session the tattoo fade is amazing.

The staff at Liverpool Street are all so friendly. I’ve visited for a hydrafacial as well as laser hair removal treatments. The spaces are clean, and I saw instant results.

Very careful and attentive

Recently I tried the Cool Laser treatment for my acne scars and it was a really nice experience. The staff were super friendly and very supportive. The treatment itself was a bit painful but it was quick and everyone made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of ❤️ My face is healed now and I can see some improvement in the texture, feels smoother and plumper. Would really recommend 😊
