Best site with original games.
I don't get any problems with games. Fast delivery, sometimes need to wait couple hours for it but its worth. Realy cheap games, no ban for accounts you buy it. Support is professional. You get all info from him, and all help you need. 4 stars from me. Later will be 5 stars if i check other platforms. Tested on PS4 and PC.

I give this score because they always buy a game, they always change the password of the account ... once I bought a game and 3 minutes passed and someone was closing me ... I could not download anything because I did not have time and then wanting to enter (the password was changed) contact the support and they gave me a new account. I personally believe that this is a scam because if I wanted to change my console to a new one, I would no longer have access to my account because they always change the password ....

Unacceptable at all levels! After few weeks every account gets locked. The customer support experience is the worst ever, they do not care, and if you try to dig for an valid answer they just stop answering you! Lost over 60€ with these people... save yourself some money and patience!

I did recieve the product I paid for, however after a couple weeks of use the account I was provided was banned due to violating terms and conditions of Nintendo. When I contacted the support they said they cannot issue a full refund but will replace the account with a working one. That never happened, I contacted them several times but only recieved the same messages. Very unprofessional and unreliable retailer. Stay away.

Don't buy from here, once you purchase they change the account passwords and you can't get back into the accounts and your games get locked.

They say that only a small percentage of accounts do this but all 6 of purchases suffered this fate.

One of the best websites if you consider purchasing game from consoles. Since I discover it I stared buying games only from them because of the low price and fast delivery. It is true that 1/3 keys had an issue but the problem was resolver in less than 15 minutes.

for you , after few days, they rent the some account to other buyer ,and then your game will never can play back again.

Tramite l'assistenza in chat mi è stato offerto il rimborso e ho accettato, aspettando 31 giorni per avviare le pratiche e concedendo più tempo del previsto in speranzosa attesa. Nonostante ciò, in un'ulteriore chat un mese e mezzo più tardi, mi veniva comunque garantito un rimborso quanto prima. Aspetto ancora il rimborso, anche se il sito a volte risulta offline e l'assistenza chat è chiusa. Servizio poco professionale e per ora di alcuna qualità per gli utenti nonostante diverse recensioni positive.

I had some troubles in the beginning, like with the download of the DLCs but the support helped real quick and as I can tell so far, everything works perfectly fine now. If the support keeps up the good work I can only recommend psngames.
BUT: be very very careful not to do anything rash (Like deleting the purchased account) for it may cause in you losing your purchase. Contact the support first in any case

Spanish: Me dieron una cuenta para jugar Skyrim en Nintendo Switch y me la ha borrado nintendo ya como 9 veces, cada vez que la borran PSNGames me da otra cuenta para que repita el proceso entero de nuevo, les he pedido devolución pero resulta que no tienen, al final tendré que comprar el juego físico o en otra parte, ahora para el colmo me dicen que puede tardar un poco en llegarme otra cuenta esta vez, y ya ha pasado 1 mes, les he escrito al soporte de chat y dicen que eso, que a esperar y que no pueden hacer nada. Una vergüenza.

English: They gave me an account to play Skyrim on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo has erased it for me about 9 times, each time they delete it PSNGames gives me another account to repeat the whole process again, I have asked them back but it turns out they do not have, in the end I will have to buy the physical game or somewhere else, now to top it off they tell me that it may take a little while to get me another account this time, and it's been 1 month, I've written to the chat support and they say that that I wait and they can't do anything. An embarrassment.

After being told I would receive my game within "8 minutes" I waited 5 hours before asking for a refund. According to EU law, I am entitled to a refund within 14 days of my purchase and as they are based in London, they fall into this. The support staff lied to me explaining that they did not have to adhere to this since they are not based within the EU!?

I still do not know when or if I will receive my game however I emplore anyone who is reading this review to try elsewhere. This is a disgusting business strategy and you should not buy into it.

EDIT - Psngames.org order came through 48 hours after my order however, the account provided didn't even have the correct game on it! They forced me to delete the account on the promise they had the correct one with them. Upon deletion they put me into another wait period, that was 3 days ago and I still have not received my game!

Total wait time, 112 hours so far.
