Básicamente, lo mismo que dice los demás usuarios: te compras una cuenta para un juego, pero como la han vendido a decenas de personas, se te quita el juego cuando demasiada gente lo está usando: no merece la pena.
Evidentemente, no hay manera de que te reembolsen.

Mal servicio, te dan la cuenta y luego se te sale, compre the crew motorfest y jugue menos de una semana, ya me la habian quitado, hablas con ellos por telegram y se tardan mas de 24h en contestar pesimos, y estafadores. No compren

J'ai acheté plusieurs fois sur leurs sites, mes deux premiers achats on été effectué avec succès, mais j'ai eu un problème lors de mon dernier achat et quand je me plains on me renvoie sur WhatsApp et sur WhatsApp ça fait 2 semaines que personne ne me répond. Dommage au début j'aimais bien ce site...

Estafadores,nunca he tenido problemas con estas páginas y aquí se te sale el juego cada dos por tres porque lo venden a 500 personas y la cuenta compartida no da para más,no responden ,cuando responden te tratan por tonto y te ponen una y otra vez los pasos a seguir cuando ya estabas jugando sin problema,lo peor de todo no son los 34 euros tirados a la basura,es que ME HAN DESTROZADO completamente toda la experiencia del juego porque llevaba 20 y pico horas y todo a la basura.Cuanto más os guste el juego,menos recomiendo comprar en ese sitio de ESTAFADORES

J'ai acheté un jeux, qui appartient en réalité à un autre compte. J'ai eu accès, vérifié qu'il marchait. J'ai voulu y jouer par la suite, et un nouveau code était demandé. Support, test pour vérifier, ok, puis quelques jours après, le mot de passe n'était plus valide.
Bref, c'est une grosse arnaque de revente temporaire, et comme moi, pour perdrez votre argent.
Après 5 mois, j'ai pu donc jouer 10min....

Bad experience, do not buy from them. The license was shared with others, and also the game requires a MS account that they have to provide, but few days later the MS account was disconnected so at end I played for few hours.
I immediately asked for a refund but it was denied.

The worst experience ever I took two day for them to answer, but the in ETT so I didn’t mind until I got the account for 2k26 ps5 I tried to enter the game a it not working, I’m definitely getting the police involved in this scam, and tried asked for help again just to not get a answer, now I don’t have 2k26 $34 down the drain

The account worked for only a month, after that, i got logged out of it and never got the credentials back. Countless messages sent but still no reply. Don't buy from here

I reported an unauthorised order that was placed in my name without my consent. Despite clearly stating that I did not make this purchase and asking for immediate cancellation and data deletion, the company has not responded at all.

A legitimate business would address a fraud report immediately. Their silence raises serious concerns about whether they are operating lawfully and whether customer data is being handled securely or ethically.

I have now escalated this to my bank’s fraud team and will be reporting the matter to the relevant data protection authorities. Until this company can demonstrate transparency, accountability, and basic compliance with consumer and data protection law, I strongly advise others to avoid them.

Awful they are incredibly slow and unresponsive and I didint even get the game I ordered waste of money don’t buy from this site
