I was initially reticent about the website psngames.org, but I ended up buying through it.
I bought the Red Dead Redemption 2 Game. The psngames.org team was quick to sell me the account that contained the game I bought. but after 2 days I was without access to the account ... I contacted the team of the website that assured me that it would be delivered a new account to me. This happened on January 5th and so far the team does not even answer me anymore. I tried through the website, the facebook page, messenger and even contacted the site that supposedly advises the best sites to buy games. now besides the site psngames.org not responding, I noticed that they already have the operating page but only to buy games, I noticed also that they also use another site to deceive people (play-start.com) when clicking on buying a game we are sent to this page. in short I bought a game for 46 euros that I played for only 2 days and I have already seen that I will not get back neither the money nor the game. I do not know how to fight them to prevent them from getting more people, but at least so anyone who wants can read and open their eyes before being deceived, maybe someone will show up to catch them.

When the site does work I really dislike the site to this point

The first time I had an issue I could contact support they did give me a new account

Now again the password of the account I did use got to change I did some digging I did track the email back to a full network off emails

This time staff isn't even online when they normally say they are 24/7 online

This service is a good temporarily but the change you lose access to the account even doing nothing that is against terms of services is rather high sooner or later

I probably will get a new account but this progress is just annoying i don't recommend this website for this reason it works but mostly only temporary you are way better off buying cheap top up cards from a other website that you actually own the game than buying a account you lose access to after some time

I just hope to get my hands on a refund a get done with this site so i don't have to use it anymore

Well, I wasn't very sure about the legality of the products psngames.org sells. I took the risk and it went good really. I purchased 2x Windows 7 licenses to legalise my virtual machines and I dont't regret it. Licenses work, I had to call Microsoft but the activation went OK.

Not sure why others have so many problems, but you have to realise that when you buy a $100 product for $10, the difference must be shown somewhere. You also don't buy a BMW in official BMW store for 1/10th of the price while seller having a nice smile on his face, free coffee, free 5yr guarantee+service. You can buy a used BMW for 1/10th of the price but you have to lower your expectations somewhere.

my red dead 2 for ps4 stopped working around 2 months ago so i immediately asked for a refund along with asking after that over a dozen times for a refund. here i am 2 months after still with no refund and that the site is still down for maintenance? actually hilarious how i'm owed £43 and still haven't received it after 2 months, great company 10/10

Yo soy uno más de los que ha sido estafado por esta página al comprar un juego de Switch. Llevo meses reclamando el juego que compré y siempre me dan largas.

ED1: Tras publicar esta opinión, psngames me solicitó el id de compra, el cual les proporcioné. Hasta ahora no he recibido respuesta alguna.

ED2: Pasados 8 meses desde mi compra sigo sin juego y sin la devolución del dinero, la cual he tenido que solicitar en 4 ocasiones.
A hace un mes que la web ya no existe, una estafa en toda regla.

Compré el read dead redemption 2 para ps4, y tras jugarlo una semana no funcionó más y reporte el problema perdiendo todo el progreso en la historia que había hecho, envié un ticket y me dieron otra cuenta que terminó como la anterior sin funcionar. Mande otro ticket y dijeron que tenían un problema con G2A y que me devolvían el dinero en 7 días ya llevan 16 días y nada. La página caida siempre esto es una estafa.

I had access to my purchased games for about two weeks before they were locked, the website blocked my ip address so the site appears to be under constant maintenance. When i contacted support they wanted me to record a video of the locked games which i could not do as i deleted the user which they say is against their terms. I couldn't read the terms due to the site being under maintenance. Wouldn't offer a replacement or refund.

I've bought 3 games so far and they all still work. That site is amazing.

Good price for the product. Bought Nintendo Switch games and was looking forward to play. After the payment a notice showed up that it might take up to five days to deliver.

The support does not give you any valuable info. One lady told me the second day, that it will be delivered within a few hours. Then again nothing. So I've contacted them(2 days after the 5 days waiting period ended, so I've waited 7 days for the games!) and asked for refund. They said it might take 28 days. 28 days to refund! Ok, I said I still want the refund since this was getting ridiculous.

After about a month of waiting I was curious what happened since my money still didn't come. The guy on support apologized and said they'll send money next day or so. Again, I said thanks and decided to wait. Fast forward two weeks - still no money. I've visited their site and it off due some maintenance. Asked AGAIN where are my money. The guy said the site was off and they were unable to refund me and that my money will come within a few days.

psngames.org is a scam site so far. They did not send me games nor refund within a reasonable time. They don't provide you with any valuable ETA, they only lie to you. Don't bother with them if you don't want to throw your money away.

Great website for lower price. Fast response for support.

Bought Octopath Traveller (Nintendo Switch) from them. Worked for a month then stopped working. Replacement provided which again worked for a month and stopped working again. 2nd Replacement never received and they blocked me from their website.

Luckily I paid with PayPal and managed to claim my money back from PayPal. Avoid at all cost.
