I used to wake up at night because my knees ached after long rides. With Fluxgo, the pain has eased enough that I can finally sleep through.

The Prongo customer support team is fabulous. I bought my RLT300 in April and Rory was helping out in answering quite a few questions. I used the devices almost everyday for my upper and lower back and groin area. Lately the charging case stopped working and Caroline helped me with all the issues and sent me a new charging case which I receive within a week of request from China. Best customer support team!

I’ve been using the Prungo 3-module set for a couple of weeks, and I’ve already noticed some positive dynamics in my health. The knee pain from my osteoarthritis has eased noticeably, and I’ve been able to return to my regular workouts.

Their customer support also deserves a mention. They were quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and resolved a minor technical issue I had without any hassle.

The fluxgo is an awesome tool in my workout recovery. I am someone who works out at least 5 times a week and the workouts are intense. I often am left super sore. The fluxgo has allowed me to have better turn around time between workouts and has eased the tension in my tight muscles. I was using massage guns and balls before and those were not working. The fluxgo is a game changer and I highly recommend it!!

I have the 3 Light Unit, the FluxGo. I have, we have, had a fantastic experience with the red light therapy unit! The trips went from incountry to around-the-nation and my back throbbed as it usually did from being stuck in the same position for months on end. I now have FluxGo as hand luggage, and all hotel nights after a long flight — I write e-mails or I am just about to fall asleep — long and awake. The bit where — and I emphasise the whole bit of that — which brings forward that as well. Early morning nodes non one my bad then long so loose of so lucky me few body continue post long.

I was feeling sore and stiff in my joints so out came the warming relief from FluxGo after some long animal movement movements. Ya, I try to keep the pad left in the pad for a decade of the programs or just being lazy. But sore — not kleenex ice pack sore, though another balm. It has also resulted in less morning stiffness for me and I have felt more refreshed in the days where I used it. Granted it can take a more genteel pace in the trials at the motor.

I’ve been using the FluxGo pod for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. It’s compact, easy to use, and noticeably helps with muscle soreness and joint stiffness—especially after workouts. I use it on my knees and lower back, and the relief is real after just 10–15 minutes. Battery life is solid and the straps make positioning super easy. Great value for targeted red light therapy without spending a fortune on a full-body setup.

After extensive research on a targeted redlight/infrared laser therapy device I have had a great experience so far. The customer support has been reactive and enjoyable to interact with.

I'm trying out the FluxGo Lite, and it feels quite solid for a small device. I like that I can strap it to my neck or knee and get on with my day - it feels relaxing and seems to help with tension.

I got this for my mom, and she uses it on her wrists. She says the straps make it easy to handle and that it brings her some comfort after she's been gardening.

This has been more effective than other treatments I've tried. I use it on my shoulder in the evening, and the gentle heat is so soothing. I feel much less stiff the next morning.

I have used the item once. Have several areas to work on. The charger connection is magnetic. It doesn't sit firmly and is EASILY dislodged if the unit is moved while charging. I attempted to charge, but I can't tell if it's charging, as I do t see any charging confirmation signal. My attempt at charging didn't take. Went to use this morning and dead.
Ugh. This is a bit frustrating. A standard charging port would have been nice.

I honestly didn't expect much, but using this on my knees and back has become a part of my evening routine. The heat is gentle and comforting, and I've noticed I'm less stiff after a long day.

Very impressed with the build quality and features; it's a high-quality piece of tech. The intensity of the light is amazing compared to other devices I have seen. I'm very happy with the noticeable, therapeutic, effects.

Item smaller than expected, so price is too high! Charger is odd. Time will tell if this product was worth it.

Everything about my experience with Prungo has been great!

I had some questions before my purchase, and customer service was fast and helpful. Product arrived in excellent condition and packaging is next level.

The lights themselves are extremely well made. They're heavy and have a solid construction, digital display, and super intuitive functionality. They're VERY bright but I haven't noticed any excessive warmth or anything like that. The charging/carrying case is pretty genius, it's super convenient, keeps everything safe, charged and tidy.

I've been using the lights every other day on my shoulder and knees with great results. I've had chronic shoulder pain for a few months, massages were getting expensive so I decided to try red-light therapy. I haven't been back for a massage yet! My knee pain is gone, my shoulder pain is at about 10% and I'm sticking to my routine of stretches and Prungo every other day.

As for continued customer service, A+ for that as well. I had one strap with a faulty locking mechanism, I wrote to Prungo and they immediately sent me a replacement. I'm very satisfied all around, and would recommend this product to anyone considering red-light therapy who wants to invest in a high quality system.
