I have been using the PRUNGO FluxGo for several weeks now to treat inflammation in my wrist. After just one week of use, I began to notice significant improvements, and as the days go by, the recovery process seems to be accelerating. This device has proven to be incredibly effective in reducing inflammation and speeding up recovery. Not only is it helping me heal, but I also plan to use it regularly as a preventive tool and to promote tissue regeneration, helping me maintain better joint health in the long term.

Works well. Designed well for easy use.

Still too early to tell how well this system will work for our needs but they appear to be well made and comes with an ample number of straps for various applications. The biggest issue we had was one of the units was DOA but customer support promptly sent a replacement unit.

- initially difficult to use clips (small learning curve)

Difficult to charge and doesn’t hold the charge very long.
Also it’s sometimes difficult to assemble

I was selected to participate in Prungo’s 8-week Wellness Pilot and used the FluxGo consistently during that time, mainly for knee recovery. I’ve dealt with knee pain and stiffness from years of sports and coaching, and over the course of the pilot I noticed less day-to-day pain, better mobility, and quicker recovery after activity. I was able to stay more active without the usual flare-ups.

This wasn’t presented as a miracle cure, and that matched my experience. It worked best as a recovery and maintenance tool with regular use. By the end of the pilot, I felt enough benefit that I decided to purchase additional module sets so I could use it more flexibly across different joints.

I’ve also had positive interactions with Prungo’s customer service team. Anson was especially helpful when I had questions about purchasing and tracking my most recent order. Communication was timely and clear, and everything was resolved smoothly.

Overall, my experience with both the product and the company has been solid, and I plan to keep using FluxGo as part of my ongoing recovery routine.

The Prungo support team deserves recognition for their quick and effective response to my strap issue. The red light therapy device has been working very well, and I’ve already noticed positive results. While I personally wish the device were slightly smaller for easier use on my knee and the battery life a bit longer, these are minor preferences that don’t detract from the overall quality.
For the price I paid during the Black Friday sale, this product offers excellent value. The referral program is another strong benefit, and I will continue recommending Prungo to others.

Just received my device last night and was eager to start using it. Unfortunately the straps will not slide onto the device more than about 20% of the length. Sent an email to customer service but haven’t yet heard back. The live chat won’t work for me today.

I’ve had the prungo red light therapy for about 2 months. I had a minor issue and reached out to customer service. They were wonderful. Responded within a few hours and were able to resolve my issue. Great company

The customer service staff are amazing. They have replied to my two emails to resolve the issue.

Unfortunately, my experience with Prungo started off poorly as the charging case was unable to charge the three modules. However, I remain optimistic as my dealings with Anson in Customer Support have been great thus far. A Complete new unit should be on its way to my home shortly. Once I received the unit, I will then be able to use the modules and will provide an update.

I’ve been using the Prungo red light therapy device for my lower back for a few weeks, and it has honestly been one of the better purchases I’ve made for chronic stiffness. I didn’t expect much going in. My back has been tight for years and most things barely move the needle, but this thing surprised me.

The first thing I noticed was the heat. It’s not scorching and it doesn’t feel gimmicky. It’s a steady warmth that sinks in deep, and after about ten minutes my muscles stop fighting me. That alone is worth it. Most days my back feels locked up before I even get out the door, and this loosens it enough that I can stretch without feeling like I’m about to snap.

The build quality is solid. The straps keep it in place so I’m not wrestling with it. I can sit, work, or even lie down with it on. The battery life is better than I expected and I’m not constantly charging it. The controls are simple and don’t overcomplicate things.

What matters most is the effect. I’m not going to pretend it cured decades of stiffness. It didn’t. But it has made my mornings easier, my workouts less uncomfortable, and I’m recovering faster after long drives. The inflammation and tightness don’t flare as intensely as they used to. I usually run a session in the morning and again at night if I need it. On the days I skip it, I can tell.

If you crave a magic fix, this isn’t it. But if you want something that consistently takes the edge off, helps your muscles relax, and makes a noticeable difference in day to day comfort, the Prungo red light therapy device delivers. I bought it hoping for a small improvement and ended up with a legit tool I rely on almost daily.

This is my final week of an unbelievable journey of discovery using the Prungo Flux go device.
This is an unbiased review & I stepped into this journey I bit of a sceptic of the benefits of red light therapy & if it would be able to help me recover from a road traffic accident, where I was hit by a car, whilst riding beloved road bike.
The first week was a little tricky, trying to get used to the different straps & also trying to work out which side slides into the side of each unit module.
I must admit, I still sometimes done get this right first time even after two months of using.
Also another benefit of red light therapy,bas an athlete, is that you can use them on the lowest setting to prepare your muscles pre workout, however I wasn't able to attach one to each knee, die to the limited amount of straps you get in the box, one fit perfectly, the next long strap is much too long & you have to wrap it round your knee nearly twice.
However, I bought another pack of straps very cheaply off Prungo's website & now I can put on both knees correctly at the same time & be able to walk around whilst using them.
My main reason for wanting to try Prungo Flux go device was to help alleviate the pain & discomfort I was suffering in my shoulder (where I had suffered an impingement during my accident last year).
After just two weeks I started to notice much less pain & a little more ease of movement in my shoulder.
I was diligent & used the device on my shoulder every single day for the full 8 weeks & slowly but surely my pain has subsided significantly & now I feel like I've gained more flexibility & motion back in my shoulder & thankfully I'm now using much less pain medication as a result.
A few weeks ago I suffered from a stiff neck & I reached for Prungo Flux go straight away & it's really helped loosen up the muscles in my neck (another injury from my accident was whiplash in my neck & it plays up now & again).
I can honestly say hand in heart that red light therapy 100% works & prior to using Prungo Flux go device, I had had physiotherapy & they told me that my shoulder wasn't responding to the exercises that had given me & I was resigned to putting up with the pain & discomfort for life.
Prungo Flux go device & red light therapy has given me my life back,k so I can go enjoy road cycling again pain free (enough so that I don't take painkillers to get through a ride) & for me, that's an amazing result.

The FluxGo is so easy + convenient to use. Using 1-3 modules makes it super easy to adjust to different parts of my body and I do feel it helping me recover faster. The charging case makes it so easy to store and travel with the FluxGo. The product is great, but the customer service is even better. I forgot to put in the code for 10% off and they added it for me as soon as I emailed them. One of my straps got stuck and they emailed me back right away to send a new one. I have full trust in this company and will keep an eye out for any future products they come out with.

The support team was great. Anson helped me with a problem I had with the straps and got new ones sent immediately. The edges were rough and wouldn't slide in so I sent a video a photos and he had knew ones sent right away.

Excited to use these.

So far (2 weeks) I unfortunately haven't had any improvement in my right shoulder pain that I believe is mostly caused by Biceps tendoniduss. Disappointed.....I have been using the unit on the area where the pain seems greatest. Another aspect of the set up is that if fully charge all (3) units and do (1) session on strong... the units drop to somewhere around 44% remaining charge. Need to fully charge the units prior to each session or they shutdown prior to the full timed session. The individual charge cord seems to give poor results (the magnet is a bit weak) so you have to disassemble the straps to get all (3) units into the big charging case. Will likely return.

I’ve yet to reveice ny Prugo Fluxgo products.

As I have heard so much good reviews about these products and recommended it by someone! Anson from Customer Services support was extremely helpful and sorted out my matter! I’ve yet to receive my Prungo FluxGo due to someone stealing my package. However Anson from customer support was extremely helpful in the matter. Helped to get my issue resolved within 24 hours. Customer service rocks and if you’re looking for a GREAT Product and awesome customer service Prungo is the way to go 😃

This is my 8-week and last report for my Prungo Trial. My pain level continues to be down and for the most part tolerable. I will continue using the Prungo device because before the trial I was ready to have surgery out of sheer desperation to be out of pain. Now I can tell things are improving within my knee in terms of inflammation and the state of my torn meniscus. Next time I see my knee Dr, I will have another xray and hopefully MRI to verify that my torn meniscus is healing. The improvement in lesser pain levels tells me that it is.

I thank you for this amazing opportunity and I recommend the Prungo device to anyone suffering any kind of knee inflammation and pain. It really helps!

Love that the storage case is also the charging location. Love how easy it is to attach/align the lights over various body locations. Too early to comment on effectiveness.
