Amazing product. Got quick relief from golfers elbow and a hip pain. Easy to use also.

I use the Prungo red light therapy for my knee. I had a sports accident four years ago and since that time I have had five operations.
The red light therapy helps me to reduce the pain in my knee. I apply it on the inner side of my knee and on the patella area. Sometimes in the hollow of the knee as well. It is easy to apply, I can walk through the flat with it if I want, it is a comfortable warmth and it feels actually good.

So this is my second review so far, one was of week 1, now 6 weeks later, I can say that Prungo has helped and aided my recovery from tennis and golfers elbow on both arms. I use it twice a day on strong setting, I rarely wake up stiff or sore/achy like I used to prior to using Prongo, after a session I feel better movement and less stiff, current experiencing some wrist pain and I will be incorporating Prungo on my writ. Look forward to the coming weeks
And incorporating Prungo permanently into my regime.

I love my Prungo red light therapy. It's really helping my wonky knees and ankles, and arthritic wrists. I feel changes in both knees and ankles as each week passes. I would highly recommend it to anyone with some arthritis or other injuries. I have 30 years of water-skiing injuries and cycling wear and tear. I get random inflammation in both knees, and this helps a lot. I use the device daily sometimes two or three times on the one location

My experience with my Prungo device has been very positive thus far (I have had the devices for about 1 month). The devices are high quality. I have not yet noticed a reduction of swelling in my legs, but I can feel a sense of relief immediately after each use.

The devices are easy and practical to use, because I can continue to go throughout my day without having to sit down as I use the devices.

Customer support has been helpful if a concern comes up.

I am hopeful for a positive outcome.

I love the Prungo! It has helped my recovery from injury and keeps me active. I can use the device while driving, doing, chores, or just watching TV. No need to stand or sit in front of a red light panel. I can be mobile. It has helped with tennis elbow, and shoulder/knee arthritis.

The charging experience is a bit inconvenient and not well designed. Once the proper strap configuration is completed for treatment need, you cannot recharge all units without taking it all apart each time for the units to fit deeply enough into the charging dock/case to hit charging contacts in the bottom of the dock compartments. Seems like a simple design solution that was missed.

I purchased a Prungo device weeks ago and received an email confirmation of my purchase as well as tracking information. I received a couple other emails updating the shipping progress between the purchase date and 9/20. No other information updated after that time.

I went to the post office to see if they could help locate my package and they stated that they could not as it had shipped under a "fraudulent" tracking number and advised me to get my money back.

I emailed the company through the customer support email address 3 days ago, but haven't heard anything back.

This device was purchased at the direction of a practitioner for my loved one who suffers from chronic illness and pain. The amount of the purchase price was significant for us and since we have nothing to show for it and my loved one didn't get the chance to try the technology, I am very disappointed in my experience with Prungo and would not recommend.

My previous review was on how much Prungo’s product has helped me, but I forgot to mention the great Customer Service I also received. My charging case quit functioning and I had to resort charging the modules (3) one at a time using the charging cable included. Prungo’s customer service had me send them a video of how I use the product. The day after I sent the video I received an e-mail stating they acknowledged the problem and will sent me a new charging case. I believe they likely asked for the video because like many products customers don’t use them properly. My problem was quickly verified and they sent me a new charging case. That is exactly how Customer Service should work, which is fairly rare in today’s world of inept Customer Service.

The hands free and cordless design of the Prungo FluxGo kit is extremely convenient to use throughout the day. I can surround a sore joint with the modules, set the timer, and focus on something else. It is also great for warming up muscle knots prior to massage and stretching.

Using it after gardening has kept my elbows from flaring up. It’s simple and soothing—just what I needed.

The module helps me to recover from my muscle strains and soreness after a long day of work. It helps me feel better and have a good relaxing sleep.

Compact, reliable, and does exactly what I hoped. I use it after cycling and the soreness fades much faster.

The relief in my shoulders has been steady since I started using this. It fits right into my evening routine.

This device has become a key part of my recovery and preventive care. I use several different red light devices of different sizes and configurations. The Prungo model is very important and useful in that I can use it on so many different areas of my arms and legs. The wireless design is fantastic as well in that I can use it while moving around or even driving. The unit is so useful that I'm planning to buy another set.

After only 2 weeks of using my new Prungo device, I'm noticing a significant improvement and less pain. My lower back, neck and knee's are the primary areas I've been using Prungo and it feels great. Really excited to see how I feel after a month of using it.

I took quite a while researching what red light therapy device would be best for me and I am glad I found the Prungo.
I have just started using it, so it is a bit early in my Prungo journey, but so far I believe I made the right choice. I have been using it for 5 consecutive days and counting and see positive results in terms of recovery after workouts and reduction of pain in affected areas.

Got the Lite for my wrist, which has been sore from years of typing. It’s light, fits in my bag, and it actually calms the pain when it flares up.
