The website had plenty of good pictures of the product, as well as the product in use to get an idea of scale against a person. When delivered, it matched my expectations.

Reflective Rolltop Cycling Backpack
I bought a new high viz cycling backpack from Proviz to replace my current (also Proviz) backpack that finally succumbed to a broken strap after 5+ years of almost daily use. I bought the same version again as it was so good. Great size and comfortable to wear even when fully loaded. I prefer the roll top style as I’ve found in the past that the zipper on the zipped backpacks can be an early point of failure - either leaking or breaking

It's wonderful to know that you appreciate the design and comfort, even when fully loaded. We truly value your continued loyalty and feedback regarding the roll-top style.

Apex cycling jacket = nice
Buying clothing from the other side of the planet is fraught with uncertainty, but everything was fine, thankfully. When I removed the jacket (Apex men's cycling jacket) from the package I was worried it was going to be too small, but I am happy with the sizing now that I've worn it for a few weeks with singlet, shirt, and jumper underneath. I bought it for its reflective features, of course, and I am very impressed.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we are sorry to hear you feel this way.
We do want to address the comments around support as our team responded promptly and clearly set out the options available to you. Unfortunately as an international customer based in Australia, exchanges are not something we are able to offer at this stage and this is something we are transparent about. The return process and costs involved are also outlined on our website prior to purchase.
We are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations and we hope you will consider giving us another chance in the future.
Have a good day.

We are sorry to hear about the confusion with your order, however having looked into this we can see that two different sizes were ordered rather than two of the same. We are sorry if that was not noticed at the time of purchase and we hope the replacement worked out well for you.
Have a good day.

We are sorry to hear the vest did not fit as expected. As a one size product it is designed to accommodate a wide range of body types, though we appreciate it will not be a perfect fit for everyone and we are sorry it did not work out on this occasion.

Overall good experience
Overall good experience. Just disappointed that the jacket I purchased is small fitting. I purchased a top and jacket the same size and the top fits but the jacket is a bit tight. Can’t be bothered exchanging because I would have to send it all the way back to the UK from NZ - too much admin.

Svar från Proviz Sports
We appreciate you sharing your feedback. We understand your disappointment regarding the jacket's fit, especially since the top in the same size was suitable. We recognize the inconvenience of international exchanges. Your input helps us improve our sizing guidance.
