The products are excellent
The products are excellent. I have a Switch vest and a Nightrider jacket. The yellow is so vibrant I get a lot of looks and smiles! Shipping and customer service have also been excellent. Shipping to the U.S. has only taken 4 days. I had to return a size small jacket and the return process was very easy. I only wish they were continuing men's extra small as this is the size that works best for me.

Warm, not dexterous….
I found these gloves did keep you warm in damp conditions but the way they were constructed left a lot to be desired. There was a sizeable gap between inner layer and outer of glove which made them impossible to have any control of your finger tips. Could not pick up small things, could not release the Velcro from one glove if you had the glove still on the other hand! Quite short ending just after the wrist. I will continue to use as they are good for the cold but can’t recommend them to anyone, sorry…

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear the gloves kept you warm in damp and cold conditions, but we’re sorry to hear they didn’t offer the dexterity and control you expected.
We really value feedback like this, as it goes a long way in helping us improve and shape future designs. We’ll make sure your comments around the fit, layering, and wrist length are shared with our product team.
Thanks again for taking the time to let us know.
