Poor quality rucksacks - stitching fails
Poor quality. Yes, reflective and a good concept, but now had two school rucksacks fall apart - shoulder straps separated from the main bag, stitching failed both times. Glossy marketing but a v limited warranty and company disinterested in helping after that. Never had other rucksacks fail this way (my view after 10 years Army, 35 years hill walking, etc). Can provide photos as required. Won't buy again.
Update following Proviz’s response on 7 Sep 2026: I am sending Proviz full details of my original complaint (made in my name) dated 10 Oct 2024 and photos of the most recent failure in Aug 2026.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're really sorry to hear the stitching gave way on the shoulder straps, especially given how much use and experience you've clearly got with kit like this.
We'd like to try and see if there's anything we can do to help. We're unable to locate an order under your name, so if you could contact our support team at customersupport@provizsports.com with your order details and photos, we'll take a look.
We're always looking to improve, and feedback like this helps us do exactly that.

We're always working on improving and introducing new products, and we hope you'll give us another try in the future.

Goods were labelled medium but were much too big (L or XL). Couldn't return as labels had been removed.

Svar från Proviz Sports
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear the fit was not what you expected.
We manufacture and label our garments to standard medium sizing, and sizing can vary between brands and individuals depending on fit preference and body shape. As the labels had been removed prior to any contact with us, we were unable to offer a return, since we need to verify the item is unworn and unused in its original condition.
We would encourage checking our size guide before purchase in future, and we are always happy to help with sizing queries beforehand. Please do reach out to our customer support team directly if you would like to discuss this further.

Reflect360 Plus Jacket, Reflect 360 Vest and 30L Running Backpack
I have purchased a Reflect360 Plus Cycling Jacket and a Reflect 360 Vest. Both have amazing visibility and the fit is good. Neither garment is breathable but I can put up with that.
I also purchased a Reflect 360 30 litre running pack which did not meet my expectations. The chest strap was too short and kept popping off. The backpack was also uncomfortable. Proviz was quite happy to refund the item upon the return of the item to their UK address. I live in Australia and it would cost more than I paid to return so I will probably give it away. Disappointed but very happy with the visibility of the jacket and vest.

Svar från Proviz Sports
We appreciate you sharing your detailed feedback on our Reflect360 range. We are pleased to hear that the visibility and fit of your cycling jacket and vest are meeting your expectations, even if breathability is a minor concern.
We are truly sorry that the Reflect360 running pack did not work out for you, particularly with the chest strap and comfort issues. We understand your frustration regarding the return logistics from Australia, making a refund impractical. We value your insights as they help us improve our products.

Thank you for your feedback. We note this repeats concerns raised on a previous review, so we're including our earlier response here for context:
"Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry the outcome wasn't what you were hoping for. We worked through this with you thoroughly on the day, reviewing multiple images of the jacket including the taped seams and stitching across panels, and were unable to identify any fault with the waterproofing. Given the report followed a 40-minute cycling commute in rain, we raised condensation as a likely explanation rather than water penetration from outside.
We understand this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, and we're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that worked for both sides. We always aim to be thorough and fair in our investigations, and we stand by the process followed here."
As this issue has already been fully investigated and addressed, we don't have anything further to add. We'd encourage any future correspondence to go through a single support channel so we can continue to help efficiently.

I like the product had a an early model for 5+years ot finally tore under the arm time for a new one.
I don't think the velcro adjustment on the arm cuffs is necessary makes putting tge jacket on difficult, hence 4 stars.
