You Guys Need more Help taking Claim Calls

I went to my dealer for service.
The alternator went Bad.
The service was covered
Although it took 3 days of calling having to wait on hold.
Holding for hours .
Than connecting the 2nd day .
A team member picked up the line at 450 pm .
Got disconnected.
Called back and the recording said they were closed.
The last day got Through and service was approved and then paid.

Trouble submitting claim

Long wait time on phone. Auto mechanic shop having difficulty submitting claim, hard to get a hold of someone in claim department to get claim started,so my car is still not repaired,been trying for a week. Hope to get thus matter resolved soon.

I got my Ambassador Platinum policy…

I got my Ambassador Platinum policy with PMC 2/8/2022 with 121,000 miles on my car. I informed them that I use my car for work. Now that I need a transmission repair they have told me that I did not follow my owners manual for "Severe driving" scheduled maintenance which was a transmission flush every 30,000 miles. The problem is my driving habits for my job do NOT fit the guidelines for the "Severe driving" schedule. But PMC has decided that just because I am a Courier, I automatically have to follow that schedule. I have spoken with the Manufacturer on this and they said my driving habits are under their "Normal" maintenance schedule, but PMC refuses to look into this. They said once denied, it won't be overturned. I have been paying for a contract that was already Voided when I signed it, (because under Normal maintenance my car got its 1st transmission flush at 130,000 miles) based off the reason for denying the claim. They told me it wasn't their fault that I didn't follow the proper maintenance schedule from my manual, even though my driving habits DO NOT meet that type of schedule. If you use your car for work, I would steer clear of this company.

Buyer Beware

I’ve been trying to get in touch with this company off/on for a month now. I’ve spent over an hour on hold each time. It’s funny that you can make a payment online, but when it comes to submitting a claim it was down for like a week,and now it says to submit to call this number that no one answers SMH.

The customer service is very bad

The customer service is very bad. If you call you will not get anywhere. No one answers the calls, I waited on the phone for an hour and 38 minutes and never an answer. If you have questions or need help submitting a claim online, there is no help. My advise is don't bother here. They do not answer calls.

My trip to Alabama.....

They have always been there for me when I needed them especially when I was stuck in Ala trying to get to WV my car needed a part and they replaced it for me and I owed nothing. Thanks for being there.

This company is fake they all online…

This company is fake they all online set ups ,once you talk to someone for first time they answer the phone, you think that this a real company,they say you have 30 days if not satisfied get your money back, not true you done gave your info now they do they thing fraud company then after a month later they took more money, even after I finally spoke to someone to cancel it ,an she put phone on hold, never came back.this was twice Feb 2023 an may 2023

Buyer Beware!

I, like many of the other reviewers of this company, have experienced the same level of pathetic customer service. I put my car in the repair shop on Monday and here it is Wednesday, and neither I or the repair shop has been able to contact anyone from this company to even begin the process of filing a claim. The repair shop as well as myself has attempted to call only to be on hold for over 40 minutes each time. What mechanic can be on hold that long? What working person can be on hold that long? Yet, when you call the sales department, you get a representative each time. Perhaps some of the sales reps should go to the claims department, if they are so understaffed! I am going to just cut my losses at this point as I need my vehicle, and I am already over $600 in the hole for rental costs, and I've only had the car for 3 days. I will just have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. This is definitely a lesson learned! Do not purchase a contract with this company. The level of customer service has drastically deteriorated since purchasing the policy 2 years ago.

So far no issues

So far no issues. Paid for an oil change due to app down. But the company reimbursed my money with no problem and received the full amount I paid.

i have been with this company for 3…

i have been with this company for 3 years never missed a payment, my air in my truck went out so my husband dropped my truck off and they called us saying they called protect my card to do a claim on my account they told them that, my truck was a rebuilt & they want be able to pay the amount to fix it cause it want cover it cause of the rebuilt i feel they are full of bull crap cause they needed my vin number to set my account up so they knew it was rebuilt , i wasted 3 years paying a bill with them for nothing , i cant get anybody to answer the phone & i email still no response back still .. i will be canceling my account Friday

I wouldn’t give them any stars. This company is unreliable. You can get through to them on their phone. I had to end up paying for my own towing. Lucky I had the money to pay. I’ve been trying to get reimbursed for the towing. I have been trying to use their portal and it’s down too. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life.

This company is full of it my car was I. The shop for 2 weeks waiting for this company to have my AC COMPRESSOR FIXED I PAID THEM FAITHFULLY FOR 11 MONTHS AND WHEN I NEEDED THEM I WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ON THIS VEHICLE I WOULDN'T ADVISE TO DEAL WITH PROTECT MY CAR PERIODT I HAD TO PAY 900.00 OUT OF POCKET YESTERDAY

Myself and my Wife take our vehicles to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. End result, having to pay $94 for one oil change out of pocket because you cant get anyone on the phone including Jiffy Lube. Portal doesnt work, im getting scam vibes..

This by far is the worst service…

This by far is the worst service contract that i have had. The whole purpose of a service contract is that you do not have to pay out of pocket for your oil change and tire rotations. Twice now i have had to pay out of pocket because the service center could not get through and the claims portal was not working. I cant even get my reimbursement back because their portal has not been working for the past three days. Calls have not gone through yet. Save yourself the hassle and find other service contract firms who value their clients.
