I have been making these monthly payments and when it’s time to utilize the service I can not get in contact with anyone. When I went to have an oil change
When I went to have an oil change, during business hours, the technician tried to contact PMC for an authorization code to complete the requested services, however, no one answered. This was a Friday.
I tried to contact the person that I considered my representative the following Monday, and found she no longer works with PMC. I then tried to contact customer service, to no avail. It did not matter what time of day I called, the recording always said that I was calling outside of normal business hours, which I was not.
I would like to speak to someone regarding this issue, however, I still have not been able to make contact with anyone.
Now, I am now concerned that if I do break down, no one will be able to reach PMC.

Living on South Florida if you don't have a vehicle that does not have air conditioning you are going to die. I am very glad that I purchased the extended warranty with protect my car. Scam artist !! I’ve paid protect my car for several years thinking I was covered but when I needed protect my car when my transmission went out they have given me the run around for years $129.00 a month and I needed them they said no and after they charged me again the next day they canceled me left me with a $9000,00 out of pocket and when I called to complain 2 ph calls waiting for 21/2 each call with the run around oh we will call you you are safe with us this is this BIGGEST Scam company ever do not fall for the lies on the web site it false they will not cover you but they will sure hit your card ever month for years and when you need them they aren’t there for you and you are stuck the site is a blatant lie . I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the handling of my claim, which was submitted over three months ago. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and numerous hours spent on hold, I have yet to receive any resolution or even a proper response from this company.
The level of customer service I have experienced throughout this process has been utterly unacceptable. On several occasions, I endured waiting times of 3-4 hours, only to be left without any meaningful assistance. One particularly disheartening incident involved being promised a call back from the person handling my claim within 5 minutes, but that call never came. Even after I reached out via email to both the designated contact and customer service, I received no response whatsoever.
I diligently provided all the necessary paperwork as requested, including sending it via email as per the instructions provided. However, despite fulfilling these requirements, there has been a complete lack of communication and progress regarding my claim. To add to the frustration, when the representative from the dealership finally managed to speak to someone, she was informed that the motor needed to be found by PMC company for any payment to be made. Weeks have passed since that conversation, and I have yet to receive any further contact or updates.
It is with great disappointment that I must express my dissatisfaction with this company's claim process. The obstacles encountered and the lack of responsiveness have made it impossible to file a claim effectively. The message I received on certain occasions, stating that waiting times had exceeded business hours and to call back tomorrow, only compounded the frustration.
Given the excessive amount of time and effort I have invested in this process, as well as the financial implications I have faced, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this company to others. The lack of transparency, communication, and overall customer service has left me deeply unsatisfied.
