I was deceived
I ordered high quality Potensic A20 Mini Drone. My child was waiting for his present for 20 days and instead of ordered item, which we know very well as our friends have Potensic A20 drone, we got cheap fake replacement of very poor quality. I can't describe the level of frustration.

Ordered a Lego present for my 4 year…
Ordered a Lego present for my 4 year old nephew, the box has arrived and looks like it has been kicked around the shop floor before being wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped out which was also slow! I don’t know why these reviews didn’t come up when I looked, not sure I would have ordered as now paying the price to try and sort this out! Very very disappointed in the quality and the service

Dog harness
I ordered a Barkbay dog harness, which was god quality and a fantastic price. Unfortunately, the size was medium rather than the large described in the headline, and it did not fit my dog. However, Protechshop apologised and as they were unable to supply a large, they promptly refunded the money and told me to donate the harness to someone who could use it. Reassuring when a company responds promptly when there is a problem

Appallingly slow service
Appallingly slow service. Ordered something on 30th November which I thought was plenty of time for it to arrive by Christmas. Contacted customer service and no one had flagged it has gotten lost in the post. Now been told it has been shipped … now 21st December so no way it will arrive before Christmas. A shambles! Will never order from you again and would advise no one else to.
