Contacted you four times due to faulty equipment and have been ignored . Quick enough to take my money though

Would give zero stars if I could! Terrible cheap packaging and product with no list of ingredients on the serum. Sent numerous emails between December 23 and March 24 to request return/refund. Sent photos and tracking information ,as requested. Still no refund 3 months later. Advertised as a UK company but actually shipped from China! Will always check Trustpilot before I order anything else in the future. Total scam!

The product was badly packaged, not as advertised. The serum was thick and difficult to transfer into the dispenser and didn't flow through the needles. Alarmingly no list of ingredients or instructions or safety warnings. No indication that it was arriving from China.
Questions need to be asked. This company has to be in breech of trading standards.

We need to spread the word that DermaGlo is a scam everybody do what you can Facebook, Instagram and any other place where possible

Do not touch this company! They have made up positive reviews, I was sent something completely different to what I ordered, the serum was a different colour, and it doesn’t penetrate the needles as it says it’s suppose to, it’s useless, but apparently because it’s been used they can’t accept it back even though it’s faulty, i hope that everyone that’s had this issue reports it to their bank to get a refund and hopefully get this fraudulent business shutdown!!!!

Very Poor product and customer service
Product arrived from China. No instructions, not the same as advertised, serum bottles x 5 were just wrapped in small piece of flimsy bubble wrap. The serum was not clear and had turned orange/yellow (apparently can be a sign of out of date product.
Contacted customer service, stated to get a refund I needed not to have opened the product and will need to ship back to China at my cost, they don’t pay for returns courier. Or I can have 20% of the purchase price!
It was advertised as UK shipping and 2/3 day delivery, it took over a week.
I opted for 20% as I wasn’t going to pay for shipping. Still not even had the £5.99 refund. Also stated on the ad that full refund would be given. Breaks all Trading Stardards policy. Micro needles are not hollow. The products does not work. Total

I have had to click on one star because there is no option to leave it blank! This product is absolutely SHOCKING……… The packaging is of poor quality, like you bought it from a market stall selling ‘copy’ produce. No instructions and no ingredients listed so you have no clue what you putting onto your skin to be absorbed into the bloodstream. It’s about time that this kind of selling is regulated, in particular when it’s shipped from China. There is nothing on their facebook or instagram page to warn you that your product is being shipped from China. Had that have been the case then I wouldn’t have purchased this crap. I’m disappointed that I wasn’t as vigilant as I usually am, but I should have known better when all the comments are removed from Facebook and they were probably warning people NOT to purchase. I’m just grateful that it was only £30 and nothing more. PLEASE DONT PART WITH YOUR MONEY TO LINE THE POCKETS OF GREEDY PEOPLE. Oh and did you notice that it’s listed as Dermaglow UK? Google their address in London…….

Ordered this product with 5 refills, didn’t work at all, no serum coming out of needles, emailed them but no reply! AVOID!

I purchased a dermaglow applicator which should have had the vial, when I received it, it had a box with the name Hydra something, nothing similiar to the advert as shown on Instagram or facebook, no Vial either to go in the applicator although looking at the below reviews it prob wouldnt have made a difference. Why is the box nothing like the advert, this is def a scam. DONT BUY IT!! This company will have negative reviews on Instagram and facebook as its misleading....maybe I can use my own serum in it to make it useful,not sure if it would work though!!

Shocking. So not buy, product does not work and they refuse to refund

First I thought I was making a purchase from a UK company only to find out when I wanted to return the product that I'd have to send it to China ???? I then thought it will cost me more to send it back so I had to accept their offer of 20% WOW £5.99 and keep the item even though after reading reviews the product is rubbish. Fell for it again. These fake companies shouldn't be allowed to advertise on Instagram or Facebook

Wish i had read more reviews before deciding to waste my money . As with so many others the applicator doesnt work as the serum doesnt flow into the needles . I requested help from customer services & was told to leave it up to 30mins to allow it to flow through ( had already left it overnight ) - didnt work . Was told to head it up under warm water - didnt work . The serum is much thicker that their adversiting shows with no ingredients listed on any of the packaging . Dont waste your money & stay well clear

This company is a joke, arrived broken, contacted them, sent pictures as requested .. nothing. 5 more emails to them . Customer service[service is none and don't care] finally responded with nothing we can do!! Well when I've contacted Trading standards, taken legal action and left reviews on all sights they could possibly realise they cannot treat people this way. Do Not Buy from this company. Your wasting your money

Scam , product not as described , they don’t do refunds if you try their product . It does not work serum to thick to come out of needle and it is yellow not clear . Should be closed down

If I could give 0 I would never received the order customer service is none existent wasted energy sending emails ITS A SCAM I LOST MONEY THANK GOODNESS IT WAS ONLY £18. This company should be banned

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Not as advertised and customer service is atrocious. This company isn't even in the UK and costs £17 to return so not worth it. Very annoyed with myself for falling for this SCAM 🤬
