Ordered the set of 100+ sarcastic stickers for $9 but it ended up being $29 and the only few good stickers are the 10 or so you see in the photo the other 90+ are just dumb. Totally not worth the price and when contacted about the price error, crickets.

I paid over $50 and never received my package. I have emailed numerous times and each time their reply is check with the post office, check with your neighbours because it was delivered. They cannot provide proof of delivery and I have never received it. This company is a scam. Don't waste your money like I did.

it is a scam. i purchased something which never arrived and called my bank and the banks was immediately like it is a scam. i got my money back from my bank.

My order never came and when I questioned the next day it said delivered but it didn't. I put a claim on with PayPal but because it showed delivery i couldn't get a refund . SCAM ALERY

I ordered a chart for diabetics on foods that you can and can't eat.

My receipt says it was $20.63. When it posted to by bank account it came up $26 and some change. On top of that a few days later, they charged a 27 cent INTERNATIONAL fee. And I never got what I ordered. This place is a scam and I am disputing it with my bank as fraud.

I recently bought 2 items from this company for $31.65. I received TWO receipts. One was for the correct amount. The second was for $10.00 MORE for the exact same items. Of course, you can't reach anyone because this is a huge scam and I'm certain I'll never see my items.

Hopeless service. Can't find your order. It sat at the Post office in China for over two weeks. Items look nothing like picture ordered.

I ordered the Flat Iron in January 2025 from Prosperousm (from China) & NEVER RECEIVED IT as of 4/21/25. I'm requesting a full refund of approx. $65. According to them, 17Tacking Delivered it 2025-02-08. I have gone to my post office three times with the 17Tacking # & asked the post office to check by my address. Nothing!! Prosperousm said they delivered it, I never received it! I think they are trying to keep my $65. This is unfortunate. Below is their response again:

1. Confirm that your delivery address is correct.
2. If the correct address is confirmed, most packages are usually found accidentally misplaced. Check your mailbox or drop-off location to see if the courier left your package near your home, in the mailbox, in front of the garage, or on the lawn.
3. Check to see if someone else is taking your delivery. Ask your family members, neighbors, doorman, or other household members if they have accepted your package.
4. Sometimes the courier tries to contact you for package delivery but fails to deliver. Please check your phone message or email to see if the carrier notified you of a failed delivery attempt or negotiated a second delivery time with you.

If you have tried the steps above and are still unable to locate your package, please contact us again.

Needless to say, I've done all this!!!

Accidently ordered scratch remover twice. Contacted them immediately to flag the mistake. They "claimed" the product had been shipped immediately and was nothing they could do, when they eventually contacted me 3 days later. Do not expect to receive the product, after reading others' experiences. Have flagged with Paypal and my credit card.

The car scratch remover never showed also charged more than invoice. This company is a fraud all the stuff comes from china and they don’t help you at all. Filed a fraud complaint with my state attorney general, And also did a credit dispute. Beware!!!!!!

I brought a Car scratch repair kit and was dismally disappointed with the month or so it took to arrive on top of the over charge. I see I am not the only one and they did return $9.something.
I then tried the product within a week on reviving and it failed miserably. I then reported this and asked for a full refund (not expecting shipping back of course) but they offered $2 then $5. Despite the before and after I shared and pointed out it didn’t do even half of what their advertising said it would. Since it was overseas and via a FB ad it doesn’t fall under Australian consumer laws so I have zero legal fight. Don’t bother trying them, at least not for car products.

After waiting almost 2 months, my notification mentioned that my merchandise was delivered to my mailbox. I received a cheap plastic ring instead of the ceramic car wax I ordered. $40 down the drain. $40 FOR A GUMBALL MACHINE TOY!

I placed an order in November for a hair straightener. On December 18th I received a package and upon opening it, there was a sound bar. I notified the company and sent them the photos and now they making these ridiculous offers starting at $5 dollars to send me for compensation. Totally disrespecting my character and I am very unpleased and seeking legal representation.

I tried to return item for a refund but no response!!

I purchased the surge protector adhesive brackets. Received a torn up unsealed package with 1 bracket missing. Thankfully customer service did replace the stolen item. However this is a total ripoff. $25 for 2 very flimsy pieces of plastic. Plus the adhesive doesn’t stick. I’ve asked the company to send more adhesive strips to see if I can get them to work. We will see.

OVERCHARGED ME by 25% ! Purchased an item priced in USD. Charged to my AUD account a hugely inflated amount. (I always check exchange rates, I'm sure many don't.)
They admitted to a system error (which had, in my case, automatically added a further USD9.36 (25%) in my case), and they will refund this. I’ll let you know. With card fees and exchange rates I’m well out of pocket. LOOK OUT - CHECK YOUR CHARGES with them…

I bought sticky backed electricity board holders. Buy 3 get 2 free.
Cost me $60 Aus after price was jacked up to US dollars, tax and posting.
And I was only sent 3.
After complaining many times to the seller, Bioposic.. (sic) I put to Paypal, whom I paid through, only to be told that the product was as described..
AND IT WASNT.
Don't trust this site..it is a total rip off !!!

I bought the Prosperousm Ceramic Tourmaline Ionic Flat Iron Hair Straightener and one of the panels had a chip in it. It also, didn’t work very well on my hair. Very cheap product.
My biggest disappointment is when I tried to get a refund, I can’t. They do not refund for damaged products or unsatisfactory use. Please be careful when ordering something.
