Excellent Pasties
Excellent pasties for being posted. They arrived in good condition and tasted bloomin marvelous for a Cornish pasty. Of course not exacly like the ones yer mother d'make but darn near it me 'ansome. And of course, thems so much easier than makin yer own! I d'love 'em.

I ordered a Fathers day pasty box
I ordered a Fathers day pasty box - 2 pasties and 2 beers. For my dad and stepdad who both live 100 miles away.
I ordered correctly with my own address as billing separately to the deliver address a week or so early. And chose the date I wanted them to be delivered which was the day before Father's day.
I got an email update to say the exact time it would be delivered from i think DPD. So My mum could be in.
They both received the box and my Mum took it up to my dads so he could open it, my Stepdad loved it.
They said it reminded them of Cornish holidays when we stayed at a chalet overlooking the sea. And was a unique gift for men who always say don't buy them everything as they 'have everything already'.

Just eaten the first of my two "Dad" pastys, sent for Father's Day, and enjoyed drinking first bottle of St.Austell "Tribute" ale.
Both absolutely wonderful,"proper" Cornish products, reminded me of holidays in Cornwall when a lot younger!

Completely let down
Completely let down. Ordered two Father’s Day boxes one has arrived today box squashed and wouldn’t be able to give that as a gift even if the contents was inside. The box was missing a pastie cream and jam. The scones squashed.
A second box is completely missing.. contacted customer service said it was in transit and will be delivered today. Well it hasn’t come. Over £50 for the 2 boxes and I don’t even have one complete box. A lot of money for I pastie 2 scones and 2 teabags.
Still no resolution both dads have no presents tomorrow now

At the moment, we're unable to fully investigate or resolve the matter as we are still waiting for the information and photographs we requested. In order for us to assess the condition of the delivered hamper, the missing items, and the damage reported, we do need this evidence from you.
Once you have sent over the photographs and details requested, we will review everything promptly and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.

Thought what a great idea for Dad… BUT
Thought what a great idea for Dad who is 83y and loves pasties. Brilliant with Dad on and Cornish the real thing.
So I'm away and they live 300 miles from my house.
The company says i did delivery address as my home..... I'm really going to a delivery to.my home says thanks Dad .... When they live 300 miles away!! No your system defaulted my address.. my address was the billing not the delivery
I remember checking the postcode to make sure I got right. As get the last bit around.
Customer service dreadful. Said my fault I put my home address for delivery.
So I'm not home. So they going to be sitting at home for 2 weeks In the heat going off.
Total waste of money. No fathers day gift for Dad.
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.
I know I would not of sent to myself 300 miles away and I don t like pasties and ironically I'm gluten free!! So NO mistake.

We're sorry to hear how disappointed and frustrated you are, especially as this was intended to be a special Father's Day gift for your dad.
Having reviewed the order, the delivery address that was submitted at checkout was your home address. We appreciate that you believe the system defaulted to your billing address; however, we have not identified any issue with our checkout system, and we have not received reports of this occurring on other orders.
We do understand that mistakes can happen during the ordering process, which is why customers are given a number of opportunities to review their details before dispatch:
At checkout before the order is placed.
In the order confirmation email sent immediately after purchase.
In the order preparation notification sent prior to dispatch.
Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to amend the delivery address or redirect the parcel.
I completely appreciate your point that it would make little sense to intentionally send a Father's Day gift to your own address, particularly given the circumstances you've described. However, we can only work from the address details that were submitted with the order and used to generate the shipping label.
I am sorry that this has resulted in your dad not receiving his gift as intended and that you have been unhappy with the service you've received. While we are unable to accept responsibility for the address entered on the order, we do sympathise with the situation and understand how upsetting it is.

Best Pasties!
Was sceptical about ordering Proper Pasties, as I’m very fussy when it comes to anything ‘meat pie’!! There was absolutely no need to be!
The ordering, the specific tracked delivery, the ease of cooking instructions, the pasty aroma when cooking, and finally - the taste!!! Best pasties that I’ve tasted in a very long time. Free sausage rolls .. fabulous as well! Thank you Proper Pasty 5⭐️ and will definitely be ordering again!

Ok, here we go🤔🤔....ive used these guys several times now, and so far very impressed, altho my dads home made pasties are tops, these guys give him a close run, 😄😄....always on time, never damaged, and always fully flavoured and delish! 😋😋...ive opted for the multi flavour pick-your-own this time, cant wait to get stuck in, ...... easy cook, guide enclosed with them, and not greasy, or fall apart, perfect hot/cold with other foods or equally on their own, 😋😋👍
