Many thanks for your order, I am sorry for any concern with your delivery.
Apologies, all pasties are typically delivered loose in the white polystyrene box. We don't individually wrap them and we never have, except to separate vegetarian pasties from the meat pasties. This practice aligns with our efforts to reduce packaging and wastage.
Many of our customers use the blue packaging included inside the polystyrene box to store the pasties in their freezers. Alternatively, some prefer to use freezer bags to store them individually. We apologise if this process wasn't clear, but it's our standard practice.
Included with the order, is an A4 leaflet which provides the product identification for each pasty. I have included the link to our webpage which helps identifies the pasties if needed https://www.properpasty.co.uk/pages/beyond-the-traditional-discover-our-speciality-pasty-flavours

Some positive some negative
Just a note-I completed a survey request this morning for the company and scored a 5-they’ve thanked me for the 5 and asked me to share to Trustpilot. Are they filtering out bad reviews? I came to Trustpilot before I purchased. And the 5 star reviews sold them to me. To be fair the pasties are great. My heading on the survey this morning was ‘the positives outweigh the negatives’ I ordered for delivery for Wednesday and they came Thursday-no apology or notification they weren’t coming when ordered for. dPD were great notifications provided delivered on time and good condition. In my order there were a number of none Cornish pasties and a pdf was provided to identify them. Unfortunately apart from one the pasties I ordered weren’t shown. Process of elimination I identified a 2nd pasty so I now have 2 pot lucks to go at. So-this morning the positives outweighed the negatives but the fact that the company might be manipulating Trustpilot reviews (my go to before I buy anything on line) is the extra negative that tipped the balance!

Thank you for taking the time to explain your concerns. We can assure you that we do not filter or manipulate reviews. Our survey request is sent to customers following their order, and as we also have a Trustpilot account, customers are invited to share their feedback there too if they wish, regardless of whether their experience was positive or negative.
Regarding the delivery, unfortunately we weren't notified by DPD of any delay with your parcel. Had we been made aware that your delivery was going to be delayed, we would of course have communicated this to you.
We’re also sorry to hear you had difficulty identifying some of the flavours. We include an A4 identification leaflet with every order showing all the different pasties and their markings. This has been recently updated to include all the new flavours and we would have been very happy to help identify any you were unsure about had you contacted us.
We genuinely appreciate all feedback, whether positive or negative, and we're pleased to hear that you found the pasties themselves great. We hope the above at least helps to clarify the concerns that led you to revise your original rating.

With trepidation
First time trying the proper pasty company you read the reviews on these websites and you only half believe them but I was not disappointed it arrived spot on time and have only had one pasty tastes exactly like the ones I had when on holiday in Cornwall will be buying again well done ppc.

Excellent service and lovely goods.
Arrived on time by DPD and kept informed of delivery. Everything was well packed, looks lovely and arrived frozen so put into freezer until required. Cannot fault the service and would use again.

I'm not sure whether this review may have been intended for another company, as unfortunately we're unable to amend or remove the seasoning from individual pasties. Our products are made to set recipes, so we cannot produce a pasty without pepper on request.
I can see that you ordered a selection of different flavours, and some of these will naturally contain less pepper than our Traditional Cornish Pasty, which may explain the difference you noticed.

Lovely pasties
Lovely pasties. I would suggest thawing before cooking. I put one in the oven at 180. It took nearly 2 hours from frozen.

We wouldn't recommend thawing the pasties before baking, as defrosting can create additional moisture in the pastry, which may cause the pasty to split during cooking.
For the size you ordered, our recommended cooking time from frozen is approximately 55 minutes at 180°C. Nearly two hours is considerably longer than we would normally expect, so we'd recommend checking your oven settings and temperature, as ovens can vary.

PROPER CORNWALL IN PASTRY!!!
Well what can I really say? Being a cornishman, who loves a proper pasty!! Well I've found it with proper pasty, they are made in Cornwall and shipped straight to you.. had enough of pastys pretending to be cornish!! These are very tasty and as proper as you can get.. a fantastic product at a great price.. if you want proper then this site is where you get it from. Don't except fake pastys, eat the proper stuff. The heart of Cornwall wrapped in pastry!!
