I requested the service for my PhD Dissertation but the editor was a person who got Master degree. I had expected the editor should have at least a PhD degree. In fact, I had to reject 40% of her proposed changes since they were either lengthy expressions or not correct. In general, the work delivered is similar to the work Grammarly does. But instead I just have to pay 70€ for 1 year using this software. I had to pay 570€ for this service. Honestly, I had expected more than what I have received.
