In general perspective the proofreading was quite well. But some explanations like "delete the e letter" or something like that were not clear enough. For the next time my advice would be to use more detailed instrucitons to make sentences more understandable. But the rest was very well.

I was happy overall and impressed with speed of turnaround and cost: value for money was excellent. I have an English degree but was so pleased at the quality of suggestions that I accepted the cast majority of the suggestions. Another thing that impressed me was the succinctness of the suggestions. I didn’t need to trim my word budget, but the improvements came with an overall reduction in word count. I would have likes more feedback or human suggestions to improve my essay writing but, after the collapse of Capstone, I’m now a happy Proofed customer.
