A great value for the money
I feel like the two courses I took from Knowadays were well-crafted and a good value for the money. I learned a great deal of helpful information for becoming a freelance proofreader/editor. The experience was generally smooth and easy to manage. There was enough challenge to help me grow, but it was not too difficult either. I also liked that I had unlimited time to finish, so I could work at my own pace. And the best thing is that I had an offer of trial employment as a proofreader after successfully passing the proofreading and editing courses. The final exams were more difficult than I thought, but I was able to succeed after careful work. There were also tutors available for support, but I did not feel the need to consult them until the end for a final review. Overall, I was highly satisfied with the two courses that I took.

Excellent courses!
I just completed the Becoming An Editor course, and earlier this year I took Becoming A Proofreader. Both were excellent! I enjoyed going through the lessons at my own pace, and the practical exercises were really helpful. The tutors were encouraging, polite, and professional, and I appreciate having continued access to the course material for future reference. I now feel much more confident about pursuing a career in this field.

The course and the workbook together
The course and the workbook together are great. If you work consistently at it, you can complete it in one full day, or two days. I enjoyed the course and I learned a great deal. I do wish that we could say our speech and receive feedback on it.

Knowadays offers a well-organized and informative course that’s great for beginners or those looking to refresh their skills. The content is detailed, and the self-paced format is a big plus if you have a busy schedule.

Great experience
Knowadays Tutors are helpful and very responsive. The course material is well-structured and informative. I think I would have gained a lot by having a few more marked assignments to do to gain a bit more experience. I also learn a lot from examples and would have profited from more examples in the material.

Becoming a Proofreader - Simply Exceptional
I recently completed the "Becoming a Proofreader" course from Knowadays, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. If you are looking for a professional, self-paced, and truly supportive environment to start a freelance career, you can’t go wrong this course.
The tutor support at Knowadays is exceptional. My tutors, Rebecca and Laura, couldn’t do enough to help and I wouldn’t have passed without their help, support and encouragement. Their feedback was amazing and I really felt like they were genuinely invested in my success.
