As we mentioned in our emails to you, we use human editors for 100% of the proofreading and editing we do, and we never permit our editors to use AI tools. I have compared your original document and the edited copy we returned to you, and the AI score of over 50% you received from an AI checker is clearly not accurate – this is particularly clear in the highlighted paragraphs where minimal editing changes were required. There is no evidence of AI use in any part of your document.
It is worth bearing in mind that AI checkers are widely known to be incredibly unreliable, and they frequently generate false positive results suggesting AI use. There are many reliable sources online that detail how inaccurate AI checkers are, and many of these tools have already been decommissioned.
We have re-edited your work using another editor, and we hope that you are happy with the new version.
