After buying my new car I just couldn’t get the Project EV charger to work.

We have a project EV charger (not installed by us but the house builders) which had an issue and stopped charging our car mid-charge. We phoned tech support and were put through to Uways who was fantastic, he sorted the problem very quickly and managed to get it working again. It needed a software update. We would definitely recommend their services.

A fault occurred on my Project EV charger, and after contacting the customer service team I walked through step by step by Lewis and my charger is now back fully functional and working as expected. Thank you.

I have a EV charger installed and there were a couple of problems getting the App set up correctly.
When I was put in touch with Uways he was able to guide me through the final steps to get things sorted out. All now up and running.

Samuel Phillips the gentleman who helped me to resolve my issues with my EV charger was very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very professional, I had issues for the last two weeks but with Sam’s help he sorted it out immediately, very impressed, thanks Sam.

Advisor Jacque was excellent today. He was very professional and patient with quite a lengthy process over the phone. Although we couldn’t solve my old charger problem he advised me of my options and a new one will be installed soon!

I recently ran in to trouble with my charger not connecting to the hotspot, luckily our car was a hybrid. But after some advised from technical team I am now back on and and charging. Thank you very much for helping me

Spoke with Jack - calm and reassuring - problem resolved - 'tho long wait on telephone to reach him!

We couldn't get the EV app to work for us. Jacque worked with us very patiently and got our Iphone and Android connected properly with the charger. Jacque said he had only started a few weeks but knew exactly what the procedure should be and referred to a senior when one element wasn't working. He was sooo patient, polite and helpful. Thank you Jacque .

Really healpful, Jacque helped me today with an issue with our charging port. He was very well spoken and knew how to fix the issue within a few minutes! Fantastic employee!
