Lewis was so helpful and made it so easy to sort the issues I was having with my charger

Having had several months of issues elsewhere and virtually no customer service The Project EV Team, more specifically Lewis Woollett contacted me quickly after I issued my request and then was able to listen, diagnose and action my problems and requests to ensure all was working correctly. He even ,made sure my settings were correct to get the maximum from my charger.

After a number of helpful tec staff conversations. On a further call I was connected to Jacque Khan from the beginning of the call it was clear that the issues we were having were going to be sorted before the call ended. Jacque was very clear with instructions and my own lack of experience with software and the charger was never a problem he just kept trying different approaches until it was fixed.
This was my first experience with this company and product, I was not the installer (disappeared) but the help I received from Jacque gave me confidence with the product and will certainly be considered should I require any chargers in the future.
Jacque you are a credit to your company thank you for all your help

Jacque from the support team was so helpful with the set up of my Apex EV, he knew exactly how to help and went above and beyond, even calling me back when we got disconnected. My charger is new, but it looks amazing and I would thoroughly recommend project EV due to their exceptional technical support service.

Very prompt responses from the Project EV Support Centre throughout several email exchanges. To begin with I received automated replies from 'Eva', their AI agent. These were really well written, detailed, and relevant to my free-form email questions. Eventually I was transferred to human operators, and they continued the standard of being friendly, prompt and appropriate with their guidance. Even when I steered the discussion away from my original topic to a new angle, they maintained the excellent level of support.
Thanks particularly to Jaida-Leigh Esson and John Bone who navigated their way through my questions.
All well now and problem resolved.

Nothing less than 5 stars for a very helpful operator at Project EV. Paul Kolawole in every contact occasion had been friendly, professional and most importantly a person with patience and effective communication. Our charger is back online and very happy that we can start charging our vehicles effortlessly. Thank you Paul for your time and assistance! Fotios.

It was good, and he did a good job.

as a newbie to the electric charger world i reached out for hand holding and guidance to get me up and running - my lucky day i got connected to Uways ! what a great guy, unique name and unique customer service - he walked me through step by step never getting angry as i made MISTAKE AFTER MISTAKE putting in passwords, and would not go until i was functional !
he really was superb, his knowledge and superb phone skills coupled with his patience was a breath of fresh air. if you need help getting started there is only 1 man to - Uways ! thank you very much indeed sir !

Lewis was great to deal with in the technical department also the chargers were very easy and simple to install + commission. (From an electrician)

Changed my Control App to Project EV and all so much easier and straight forward (than Electric Miles). The team has been great in walking me through the process and helping me get set up properly esp. for the daily overnight charging during the low rate period

Paul solved problem and had great communication skills

Last Friday, I had an issue with my charger, and I wanted to say that my engineer, Jacque, was outstanding.
Not only did he stay 30 minutes past the end of his shift to make sure my charger was fully working again, but he also remained calm and reassuring when I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to charge my car before a 150-mile journey the following day.
It was genuinely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Jacque is a credit to Project EV. Having such a knowledgeable, professional, and diligent member of staff reflects incredibly well on the company.

I didn't have to wait long on the phone to reach a support assistant. Paul K. patiently guided me through the set-up process to get my app and Project EV Apex charger working. He listened to my requests and questions and resolved them as required. I'm hoping for a very reliable equipment but only time will tell. Thanks to the team.

Lewis Woollett was amazing. Helped me get my charger back up and running and he was so helpful and supportive.

I had a new router and couldn’t get my charger to connect. I’d tried following the video on you tube but no joy. I phoned the contact centre and Jaques answered and was so patient with me. Really nice and chatty and guided me through.
All set up now and really appreciated the help
