Some great products, but consistently let down by rubbish delivery times (this has been my experience over the last 3 years) - Progreen need to sort this out.

Ordered on the 17th and have had no confirmation or communication at all in regards to my order.

I am very disappointed with Progreen service this year. I have used them for the last 4 years. This year I have had to chase them on my soil samples. Last week when I eventually got the results of my soil samples I ordered my fertiliser and was told someone would ring me and confirm when my fertiliser would be delivered! I have heard nothing and when I chased them on Wednesday I just got excuses and no idea when I’ll be getting my fertiliser. Their Communication has been terrible. Will not be using them again and will never recommend them to anyone else. Alan Daly

Ordered a soil analysis 26/03, received it quickly and sent back and received results by 04/03 from lab which was very quick and helpful. This was great, the next part not so.
I was not sure of what the process then was so phoned next day. No over phone technical advise is available so was told I would get a report within 48 hours. Nothing arrived so emailed 09/03 to ask and again got no reply. Phoned again on the 12th to ask when I could expect report, again no technical advise available over phone or offered but I was told I might get report end of the day or the next. I had lost a lot of confidence by this point, so emailed a competitor. I did get report then on the 13th. The report had links to the products advised, one of which the link went to a no found page and I could not find on the website. I emailed to ask where the product was and if one on the site was similar but by the 16th I have still not received a reply.
As explained I emailed a competitor, received technical advise within the hour, asked a question later Friday which was replied first thing Monday morning and I placed my full order within the hour from that. Sorry guys that was a lost sale based on poor communication.

Wide range, good advice, fast delivery

I never recieved my order definitely would never order anything from here send loads of emails said it would take a month on the 8th month 2025 and guess what total crap

Disgusting company. Product not delivered. Also they don't even reply to emails asking about status and refund. Complete waste of time dealing with them.

Rocked up, sales guy gave advice and I ordered, delivery on the spot - on lawn and garden next day! now watching grass grow and flowers flourish.

The Harmonix Rat poison arrived promptly. It is a new product and works differently to the old ones. Although it has been effective in a number of cases, I have found that a number of rats are not attracted to it and thus it has been ineffective. The rats that have eaten it seem easier to trap, but the "King Rat" does not touch it and continues to breed at "rat rate"

Excellent company to deal with as we bought our new turf from them last year and have had no end of comments about our lovely lawn! Have recently just ordered some other gardening products too and their website is very user friendly and brilliant delivery too. Would not hesitate to recommend ProGreen!

I’ve used Progreen a lot over the years and have only had problems with my last 2 orders, hence why I now have to give 1 star.
Unfortunately it seems when a problem arises their stance is to just completely ignore emails.

My first issue was when I paid for express delivery on some lawn feed products, but they arrived nearly a week later. After sending multiple emails, every single one was ignored.

More recently I purchased a Cooper Pegler CP3 Evo knapsack sprayer. After only two uses, the shoulder strap stitching failed completely and the sprayer fell off my back. I emailed Progreen with photos explaining the fault, but my email has been ignored so far.

It’s frustrating because these are professional products and I rely on suppliers being responsive when there’s a problem. I’m hoping this review prompts a response so the issue can be resolved.

Have used ProGreen (A1 lawn products) for several years. Seed and seasonal feed, all products have consistently produced outstanding results season after season.
Ordering is straightforward and delivery efficient. Would never order elsewhere.

Fantastic products, amazing customer service and highly competitive in a fiercely aggressive market. well done, will keep using you.

Reasonable price however expensive delivery.

Good product but the delivery is not so good. Still waiting for product 2 weeks after the order had been placed.

Great advice when I need to speak to a technical person. I can send in photos for plant identification and they will suggest the appropriate product to use which is very helpful. Products are good and arrive in a timely manner. Soil sample service was good. Use them every year since 2021

Been buying every 6 months as I do like their products, however delivery charges are ridiculous and time delay getting worse. Unfortunately will be looking for another provider.
