What made my experience great was ,when no else was there to help me with my purchase and made feel bad, Progressive leasing has help helped at least 3x when I used I appreciate them helping I pay extra but it's worth it, when life throws you curve balls Progressive made me feel better about myself,I highly recommend them. I been with this company for some years now and I love them this is the only company that I experience work with you every time you behind on your payment. The customer service is amazing thank you very much because you all know things happen in life sometimes you might behind on a payment instead of them stressing you out and been disrespectful they do the opposite the come up with a solution to help you get back on track please don’t never change thank you

They are so friendly and supportive and easy to work with. If you keep your agreement good and keep them informed when you have a problem they work with you we have been doing business with them for a long time and we have not had any problems

I receive outstanding customer service I had to call back a gentleman by the name of John answer my call and was able to resolve my issue his professionalism was excellent and he was very kind and knowledgeable. It make a difference when someone knows there job and exceeds in exceptional customer care.

I recently wrapped up my lease agreement and it has officially been paid off. The entire lifecycle of this lease was handled professionally. The best part of working with progressive leasing was the transparency- there were no hidden termination fees or surprise charges at the end. I would absolutely continue to lease from them again.

This Progressive Leasing has allowed me to purchase expensive items in which I couldn't afford to buy in a peaceful, uncostly, and timely manner. A+ plus experience. Most definitely will continue to be a proud customer!!

My refrigerator went out and I went to a rental place but by the time they added up everything it would have been way over $2000.00 and it was used. Im seeing the ad pop up i told my husband let me try and i got approved an amount over $2500.00 I went to shop and found one will be delivered Saturday also customer service walk me thru the order on line. Got up this morning so happy I moved the old one out by myself. Thank you for approving me. Get service and im one happy person.

Real simple application process, good range of products that can be leased! No hassle.

They don’t care about taking care of the customers. I accidentally look at more than one loan to compare and they red flagged me. Then they wanted all the personal things about me. I try to talk to someone higher up to expedite it and i kept trying the circles. Very annoying and I will tell everyone to avoid them since they are good at avoiding the customers

I would put zero stars. First I got approved and they told me congrats on receiving approval then when I went to the store I was not able to login because of two emails then I had them merged. After that I call them to make sure everything good ( progressive leasing states yes go ahead and finish on email then exactly same thing occured once I got off the phone wasn't working couldn't finish and I made final call to only to hear I'm not sure what's going you can try back in thirty days no I'm good I will not be using them in the future. All the running around only to not fix whatever the issue is.

Thanks for getting back to me,didn't mean to be angry and I've done business with you before,they just need to do better, especially that salesperson,even I would have called after I brought up your account so the application wouldn't be denied.

If I could put this as a zero, I would know their approval process was absolutely ridiculous. They instantly approve everybody, but then they deny you based on a credit card that you put on file which in fact has money in it, including the total finance asked amount the Customer Service does a horrible job at explaining what is actually going on you have to call them 1 million times to find out what’s even going on, but hey, everything happens for a reason I would definitely not finance with them in the near future.

I got progressive leasing, because I work at big lots. We are supposed to be selling it. I wanted to give it a try. It sounded like a good deal. Except for the hidden fees because what they put on your lease agreement is not what you owe you do. In fact, have to math and figure out your own taxes. Otherwise, you're going to get a surprise bill. If you try to pay it off within the ninety days, you also get taxed. The full ninety days even if you pay it off sooner. I called customer service to explain to me exactly how the taxes were being calculated she said multiply it by 0.075% i did that, and the math came out wrong. Go figure. I wanted a call from a supervisor I got one but unfortunately I missed it because I have 3 children. And I was already on the phone with them for over an hour. Just to figure out how much taxes i'm being charged. So I called again and never received a second phone call. They just casually sent me a cost breakdown. In my email, which I never received prior to my phone call, which broke everything down, which made more sense. But it wasn't provided during the agreement that I signed. Knowing all this, the agreement is very muddy. Wording, and they do it on purpose. You don't know exactly how much taxes you're being charged until you get a surprise bill. When you try to pay off your bill.... i will not be pushing progressively. Seeing at my store specifically. Because I feel it is dishonest and not up front about how much you actually owe. They make it a math problem. The customer service rep. I talked to was very sweet. I never got to talk to the manager because he didn't care.

I have been asking for a receipt for the money they said they received from my bank account they keep giving me the run around and they dont say they received the money the worst customer service i have ever seen

I've placed a order for a craftsman 30inch mower for lease. They LIED to me many times about the order being placed. THEN the last person that I spoke to FINALLY said yeah it wasn't placed. And didn't go through. I had gone on a MANHUNT to every store around me to find this mf order just to e told 3 days later yeah we didn't even place it

The worst after so many leasing had with them in the past and always paid them off earlier (less than 3 months) now they came out with the bullshit we can’t approve you this time because of the credit bureaus, me checking my credit reports and not having any issues at all, so that’s a lie but also, they say “no credit needed” and I have over 600 credit score, excellent payment history (never missed or payed late). That’s the way they treat their loyal customer! Unbelievable!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT EXPECT HELP WHEN THERE’S A PROBLEM.

I have been calling Progressive Leasing since Saturday and have spoken with at least 10 different representatives, and this has easily been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve dealt with.

Nothing but the runaround, excuses, empty promises, and being passed from person to person. I was told my issue was supposed to be submitted and handled, yet days later, NOTHING has been done. Every time I call back, it’s another story, another excuse, and another representative trying to rush me off the phone instead of actually solving the problem.

What’s even worse is the complete lack of urgency or concern. It feels like nobody wants to take ownership of anything. They brush you off, tell you whatever will get you off the phone, and then leave the next representative to deal with it when you inevitably have to call back.

10+ representatives for ONE issue and still no resolution is ridiculous. At some point, this stops being a misunderstanding and becomes a serious customer-service problem.

If you’re considering using Progressive Leasing, understand that everything may seem fine until you actually NEED assistance. Based on my experience, getting someone to genuinely help, follow through, and provide a solution is almost impossible.

Progressive Leasing seriously needs to reevaluate its customer service, accountability, and how it handles customers’ concerns. I would not recommend this experience to anybody

Applied in a store and they've been giving me the run around after all my information was sent multiple times since Saturday because it started coming off as a scam I had them cancel my application, to much of a hassle
