Purchased the E-Mode Flatbar Electric Road Bike from Progear and am incredibly happy! Was ready and assembled for me in only 2 days and rides like a dream. Customer service was super smooth and friendly. Highly recommend Progear.

I got a fat wheel ebike and love it. Great bike easy to buy and fast delivery.

DO NOT PURCHASE! Poor quality bikes, delays in parts, it's been 4 months and still waiting on delays for parts and excuses! Bike received damaged. Bearings last 2 weeks, not safe and certainly not made for a lot of wheelies. Offer Warranty, but when you make a claim, say that the bike isn't covered if the bike was ridden! An absolute joke.

If the assembly instruction booklet can be more accurate and specific would be more helpful.

Easy ordering, and pick-up was no problem.

Fast delivery, but 2 parts missing which Progear sent out in good time. Only problem was the stud holding the handlebars in place for delivery was fused tight and wouldn’t budge. Had to get the stud drilled out and replaced before I could ride the bike. Great bike, love it . 👍

Bought online and picked it up at Wetherill Park NSW. All staff involved were friendly and knowledgeable - great service. The bike was easy to assemble and drives like a dream.

The bike arrived in great order, easy to assemble. After two weeks extremely happy with the purchase. Looking forward to many years of fun cycling.

Terrible quality. Charger broke after 15 months with light usage (charged maybe 15 times total), bike was under repair for a sizeable part of 1 year warranty period. During repair, Progear did not work well with repairer and shipped unnecessary component despite repairer's request, wasting lots of time. I had to mediate between repairer and Progear. Progear also has history of not paying the repairer for postage, which is really unethical.

Progear doesn't have a basic understanding that Australian Consumer Law guarantees are separate from warranty period and insists on strict application of 12 month warranty. Wanted to charge me $65 for a replacement charger, the exact model is literally on Alibaba for $7.

Dropped it down to $45 after I raised Australian Consumer Law. After a lot of back and forth to which the Progear rep Victor kept repeating the same warranty excuse, I said he lacks basic reading comprehension, to which he got petty and rescinded the offer.

Never dealt with a more immature brand. Case now raised with the ACCC to teach these guys their legal obligations.

Great bike, great price, good service

Good service and a good trike. The instructions for assembly were for a different trike, but the good quality photos on the website made up for that.

I love the bike and the shipping was very quick.

Overall, the bike is very portable and nice to ride. My only issue is that the bike’s seat clamp is loose that is my I had to wrap the seatpost with some tape so that the seat will be tightened in place. Aside from that all are fine.

Bike as seen on line and pick up instructions were precise and clear.

The bike itself (etrike) is great. Nice to ride and well made.
Things to be aware of if you buy one -
1. Assembly instructions were awful, was too brief, video didn’t match bike model. Got the bike together but had to take it to a bike shop ($120) to get front wheel assembly and gears/chain adjusted

2. It doesn’t fold as flat as it looks. The front wheel just folds towards the 2 back wheels which are on a rigid axle. Quite heavy too so yet to find out if it will even fit in the SUV boot and if we can lift it that high

The ordering and picking up went very well and the price was excellent. The problem is not being able to try out the bike. I now think I could have made a better choice.

Purchasing my bike from progrear was very straight forward. The team communicated with me quickly about the bike and was ready for pick up the following day and had multi time slots to grab the bike from the Melbourne warehouse. The bike was more than a fair price, which made the assembly less painful.

Assembly the bike was pretty easy, but the instructions are not so straight forward.

They only issue I have with the bike is that I purchased an XL bike but still seems to be quiet small compared to my other xl bike. I also had to get a handle bar extender as I felt that I was leaning too far forward to reach for the bars. Outside of this, the bike has been pretty good so far.
