Hi Theodore - we are unable to locate your account number. Can you pleae email us etc so we can rectify any issue.
Waster seeks to avoid overweight charges on general waste whenever possible - as we know it ads to pricing volatility for customers. We seek to categorise sites by waste density - i.e. expected weight when we start services - and if the bin is consistently heavier we seek to move to a higher category.
As bins are weighed on pickup by the truck - when excess weights are recorded to a large extent i.e. more than small differences or consistently each pickup - we do need to charge excess weight fees. We always seek to reduce this - by adjusting the weight category to a more accurate weight - or changing collection schedule etc.
As we operate on flexible 30 day agreements - it certainly is not in our interest to charge excess weight fees without measurements or justification.

Seemless service. We leave our cardboard collection bin outside our business premises every week and it is collected early the next morning - even before I arrive.
You can organise to cancel a collection if your bin is still empty - or you can organise extra pick-ups. Very flexible. 5 stars!
