Click and Collect. What a Joke..
You have to be able to collect within a slot on a Monday - Friday within Business hours. Not possible for all of us.. My only other option is $160 to get it delivered.. could get an uber to get it for me cheaper. Thanks Progear.

lovely bike for cheap price. I was surprised by the quality and the delivery was quick.

Got the 26” bmx. Only taken it for 2 rides so far and will more than likely have to look at upgrading the crank bearings and rear hub. Not a fan of hearing clunking/ grinding sounds when pedaling. Seat saddle was also detached from the saddle frame upon receiving the bike, which I couldn’t sort without heavy duty tools, so had to purchase a new seat before riding. Love the frame though.

Easy to choose the right size an array of colours and styles. The joy it brings to our Grandson priceless we love afternoons spent riding.

I love my Progear Malibu S7 ladies cruiser. I am 60 years old and have suffered some injuries after an accident. I could no longer ride my mountain bike as I needed to be able to sit upright. This bike has worked perfectly for me and I am back out on the road. Delivery was good and it was super easy to put together.

Shipping was a little messy....tracking and when the bike was shipped was not accurate. But once the appriate shipping agent had the bike they were amazing,even let me pick-up the bike to play with the kid's. Even though all the order had not been sent from progear. Great bike for the price.

I like the bike overall. But the breakpads are just molded plastic. Breakpads should be rubber. I think you should complain to your supplier about giving you imitation pads.

Wheel size and tyre size are two different things. However, unfortunately the WHEEL size listed on the website actually refers to the TYRE size, so I thought I was getting a larger bike. As I purchased it in preparation for Xmas, the 7 day return period had lapsed by the time I realised. Progear, I suggest adding some more details to the descriptions (such as tyre AND wheel size ... it seems there is no AUS standard) and a suggested height/ age would have been helpful as I knew exactly what size I wanted and measured accordingly, yet still came unstuck - if it had been reccommended for younger kids I would have asked more questions. I now have a brand new assembled bike, that is too small for my son. Whilst it's a nice bike and the transaction was smooth, it's been very dissappointing.

Great bike. No assembly instructions but really not needed as pretty simple.

Was exactly what my daughter wanted and needed.

I bought the folding bike Rover from Progear recently and soon after the same bike sold in Amazon by Progear cut the prices.

Bike came in the mail damaged front wheel was damaged, rear rack was bent and a screw was missing for the mud Guard, I had to take it to a bike shop and spend extra money on getting it fixed
