I'm sure it's a great platform, but I've been overwhelmed by the amount of information, tabs, and options it offers. I've only looked at it for maybe two days during my trial period, but I find it too complex and will now check my Finviz subscription. It really exhausts me to think about the time I have to implement and the learning curve.

Mr Ricky responded to my first email, and after that, I didn't receive any answer to my request. Also, you never answer the phone and never return calls.
What kind of company are you if you do not support your customers?

iI had a large BINZINGA pro chare on my credit card which really concerned me.

Fortunately they quickly reveresed the charge. I'm impressed how easy it was have my issue resolved.

It made sense since they were strongly recommended to me by a very good friend who is also a very successful options trader.

Honestly after searching was the most reliable data out there if you could say there is reliable data to trade on lol. The group of people are the most valuable how they relate to successful trading so well managed no spam or pumpers or if so they are gone hats off to this group.

A simple easy to work system? All i get is the need to upgrade and tutorials that give you a headache

Started the 14-day trial with high hopes. The potential is there, but the execution is lousy.

Imported brokerage accounts, but critical data, like the quantity of shares, was omitted in the transfer. The support folks were slow to respond, and no resolution was provided. The Sqawk feature didn't work; some items listed in the getting started tutorial were no longer available or were now only available for an additional fee. I was told by "support" that the tutorials need updating.

There's more, but suffice to say, this platform needs a significant amount of work to be ready for a Pro-level Stock Scanner and Real-Time Market News Platform.

I like the product but some features are not working and it appears they do not have customer support. I'll keep trying to get customer support for a few more days. I will ask for a refund if I can't get any help

This is THE worst company. No one picks up the phone. Ricky, who I hope is an unpaid intern because he's useless and heads the chat, I think is on his 3rd lunch because I've been trying to have a 5 minute conversation which has turned into 53 minutes because he keeps going in yellow. Total waste of time. Long & short, I signed up for their news alerts. I'm into day two using the program. One stock had a ton of news; no alerts from Benzinga. Refused a refund. Now I have to deal to deal with the credit card company to try and get a refund.

It works, but you have to follow the program.

Can‘t receive Alerts although everything is configured correctly and Email is confirmed. Support started to help but did not get back to me after the advice wasn’t t helpful. Too many kind of aggressive Mails to buy more subscriptions. Too many different types of subscriptions.

Benzinga is a great tool for serious options traders who are looking to be successful in their trading!

I reached out to Benzinga’s Strategic Partnerships team with what should have been a straightforward question: does the Polygon API include full-text news articles?

Instead of a direct answer, I was sent vague marketing links and received non-committal replies like “this should cover what you're looking for.” I had to follow up multiple times, restate my questions, and eventually request a manager just to get a clear, technical confirmation.

This back-and-forth dragged on unnecessarily. For a company that claims to serve serious traders, I expected knowledgeable and transparent communication — especially from a group with "Strategic Partnerships" in the title. Unfortunately, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.

If you value clarity and efficiency when making data-driven decisions, I’d caution you to temper your expectations here.

I have been looking for a news service as similar to Bloomberg as possible. Benzinga Pro seems to do that. I just signed up today because of the holiday sale. the reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I could not get through to sales. I found what I needed answers to on the web site. I basically excused the lack of customer service because they were likely overwhelmed with the July 4 sale.
