I have had Benzinga Edge for about a year but I just recently moved up to Benzinga's Universe package. What a Great Move it was for me! I recently went to mostly cash in early June after a good run up. I began following Matt Maley for some option day trading and that has been absolutely Amazing. In less than a month I have already paid for my Universe package by following Matt's trade in the Chat Room. I am still playing it conservative for the near future but I am getting some great knowledge and trade Ideas from Tim Melvin, Chris Capre, Tom Gentile and all the others! I'm still learning to use the full capabilities of Benzinga Pro, but I'm learning a ton listening to Ryan weekly. I have been now 1 year with Benzinga Pro / Universe. Their tool, chatrooms, youtube and service are part of my every day trading. I subscribed to a 30day money back guarantee. I I was not satisfied with the service. I really don't have a major complaint on their service, it's just not what I was looking for. In the first week I requested a cancellation through their chat service and through through their email service and they will NOT response to my request nor credit my account. I am having to get my credit card service to contest a refund. I have saved all my emails to substantiate my claim. so, if you anticipate you want a refund I would not recommend this company.
