Hi Bev
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a great review. As we spoke about on the phone we spent time measuring numerous different properties and most were above 2400mm in height. We wanted to offer a product that meant there was no need for any joins so i am really glad you found us.
I hope that i made your decision a bit easier and i look forward to seeing the end product.
Thank you

Hi Liz
Thank you for the 5*
We are so happy that you love the product. It has been 2 years in the making to make sure that we released a panel that had both a realistic texture and a grout line that looks and feels like real tiles.
Thank you

Pro Tek Helpful Staff and Quality Product
Pro Tek was very helpful and sent me samples before I ordered, which was great because it's hard to judge the quality and colour from the website. I even put the samples through some rough testing myself and the quality really impressed me.
I originally only planned to order enough for one room, but after seeing the samples, I ordered for two bedrooms, the lounge, and the hallway. The Gentlemen I delt with was helpful over the phone and took all my measurements in feet and inches (old school)without any issues.
The product isn't the cheapest, but the quality is outstanding and well worth the price.
The only downside was that I hadn't realised there would be a delivery charge, and I think the courier they use could be improved. Other than that, I'm very happy with both the product and the service. Thanks Pro Tek 👍

Mixed experience
Had a good first experience with the company delivering flooring and wet wall. Due to such good experience ordered more wet wall, only for the wet wall to take more than three weeks to arrive due to the couriers error. Lack of communication from both courier and Pro tek, had to call everyday for an update. When it arrived all of the panels were chipped on the tongue and groove, company quickly rectified this and sent out additional panels. Panels aren’t of the best quality overall second time round which is ashame perhaps a bad batch from manufacturer.

Delivery shocking
When you phone to say not to deliver till next week then the delivery driver turns up without notice and then took 1.5 hours trying to get it off truck then had to call someone else to give the driver a hand getting off the small truck,so service was shocking as stripped off the wood pallet it was on and scrapes on road and my drive way.🤦🏻♀️😳☹️

Hi Rick
I am very sorry regarding the delivery. We have to use 3rd party couriers to reach all areas of the UK. We do always request that the driver call you 1 hour prior to delivery to give you the chance to prepare so again i apologise that this did not happen.
Thank you

Good Customer Service, delivery and price
Haven't put down my flooring yet but customer service has been great. Free samples arrive quickly, made a purchase shortly after, delivery time is usually 3 days I got my order the very next day from a kind friendly delivery man. What's not to love, good service, my choice of floor was on sale, all good all round. Can't wait to see the floors down!!

Had no dispatch email
Had no dispatch email
Paid £55 delivery
Had no email to say when it was coming
Had no call from yourselves or your courier as you have stated in your response you “always do” neither of these contacts were made.
Neighbour opened door as driver called be when there not before but he would not help lift the product t in house and would not take pallet away.

Hi Rebekah
It is dissapointing to recieve a 1* review as we pride ourselves on a high level of service. Please see my responses to each points below
Had no dispatch email:
On all our delivieries we do not dispatch them without talking to you personally first. We will always call and if you do not answer then we will leave you a message. Once confirmed we will give you a date that the goods are going to be delivered. This leaves us on an economy tail lift service and is delivered 2 days later or on the preffered day you have chosen.
£55 delivery fee
This is less than the charge from the couriers themselves. We have also recently incurred even higher fuel surcharges at a minimum of 9% and have absorbed the cost. We have not raised our prices and still offer a free delivery over £500 pre VAT. For smaller orders we need to charge a portion of the courier amount to cover a small portion of the cost.
Had no email to say when it was coming:
We always request that the couriers contact you when the goods are being delivered , on every order that leaves the warehouse we put a note to say please call 1 hour before.
Driver would not take product in:
This is standard for courier companies and it does state on our website that all deliveries are kebrside only as they are not insured for taking goods inside the property. As for the pallet this is dependent on the driver as some will kindly take it away but others especially if they are on tighter delivery shcedules may not.
Again i can only aplogise that the experience was not as you would have hoped and as you can see from the numerous 5* reviews and the very little 1* reviews we have here that we pride ourselves on offering brilliant service from start to finish. We have a small team that you can get to on the phone and email very quickly and of course i will relay any feedback good or bad back to the team.
Thank you
