Pro-locks Omdömen

Amazing job by the team, on time and did an excellent job.

I will definitely be recommending Pro Locks to anybody that needs locksmith services! When I called up, I was given a clear quote with no hidden fees, somebody was with me within 20 minutes and was very friendly and helpful. The work was carried out efficiently and the area was left tidy afterwards.

Thanks for sorting out my locks and coming out in awful weather of an evening

A mortice lock was playing-up and needed replacing and Tommy & Terry did a wonderful job. They responded so quickly too, even though it was not an emergency situation, and gave a very reasonable quote. Thoroughly recommend!

Tommy & Terry came to replace a number of locks on my new property, for which I had no keys.

They explained the options and also offered security advice.

Excellent service, I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for locksmith services.

Tommy was amazing, competent & professional in his service,

Locked out of house- issue solved swiftly and professionally. Would definitely recommend.

What an amazing father and son duo. When I called, they were with me within an hour. They are so polite and helpful. We have a top end high security door & lock which other locksmiths wouldn't touch ( not without ripping us off) but Tommy and Terry were so professional, they came out and said no problem we will get you in and omg they did, and I couldn't be more thankful for their dedication and time they spent not only on getting me access but keeping us ladies smiling throughout. I would highly recommend as you can tell it's not just a job to them, the passion and care that goes into their work speaks volumes to me. There are not enough words I can say that will give them the justice they deserve.
Thanks from the Mullen household

Good honest and quick job.

Definitely recommended!

What a great pair Tommy and Terry are. 40 minutes after calling them they were on the doorstep, full of smiles.
Although they didn't have the correct lock to hand, they left me with a temporary lock on my back door which made the house secure.
They returned when they said they would and completed the job to a high standard. They even fixed my sticking door while they were there.
And all at the originally quoted price. They do not play games with people at all.
I'd recommend them without hesitation.

Great team. Great communication. Great work. My go-to people from now on. Their 5 star Google reviews speak for themselves

Lost my flat keys. Tommy and Terry came out quickly and replaced one lock, repaired/serviced another one and all for £120 which I feel is very good value. Would highly recommend!

Rang within minutes of my inquiry, came next day at time set as wasnt emergency. Quick efficient polite and costs diacussed beforehand and stuck to. Would definitely recommend and use again

Great service from Tommy & Terry, who replaced the gearbox mechanism of my door
