Father and Son ( Terry & Tommy )
Great lads, respectful and professional, recently there’s been braking in the area, I called for advice and help, came to visit and changed all my locks at a reasonable cost - I would recommend with out any hesitation, highly recommend…

I called several locksmiths to come to my rescue when my patio door lock broke and Tommy was the first to respond. Tommy and his dad, Terry, came out in double-quick time and I can’t rate them highly enough! Despite my patio door being ancient, they immediately put in a temporary lock whilst swiftly sourcing appropriate parts for my door. Whilst here, they also fixed 2 failed window locks! They are efficient, skilled, friendly, courteous, tidy and have fair pricing, which is explained very clearly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them out again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Called @ 4pm they came out within 1/2 hr, door fixed by 5.15. Would highly recommend.

Another fabulous job by Pro Locks. My lock broke at 10.30 pm and I was dreading the call out charge from locksmiths but was so pleased with Pro Locks' service. Very reliable, punctual and honest. Super reasonable prices, no call out charge!😃

I recently had a digital lock fitted by Tommy from Pro-Locks LTD, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, his professionalism and attention to detail were evident. He ensured the installation was seamless, secure, and efficient. His expertise was clear, and he took the time to explain the functionality and features of the lock. I highly recommend Tommy from Pro-Locks LTD for anyone in need of a reliable and top-quality digital lock installation service. Truly an exceptional experience!

Needed a lock replaced that was dysfunctional and installed incorrectly. Tommy at Pro-Locks was able to very quickly diagnose the problem and come up with a cost effective solution. Now works great and I am 100% happy with the repairs carried out. Definitely recommend!

Great job, quick and efficient.

Tommy was great. Locked out from our home and got excellent help. Quick response and brilliant service. Would highly recommend this company. Ulf and Sue in Farnham Common

Pure oplichterij. Op het factuur krijg je een mooie oplijsting van alles wat je moet betalen ; een interventie op een interventie , transportkosten op transportkosten. 450 eur voor een half uur werk. Die mannen rijden op goud volgend mij en worden slapend rijk.

Great and helpful guys Very experienced help me out a big time and saved me a lot of money. These guys are very professional polite and kind all the way through the progress of my issues with my lock. Thank you to pox. The experience was brilliant. I will be using your services often.

Speedy response from Tommy and dad!! Excellent service delivered with professionalism and humour. Great job, would highly recommend this company.

Excellent services guys very fast get me acces to home after my key broken inside the lock. Professionals they know the job and how to help with any problem with locksmith. Recommend to all who have problem with key or lock

Tommy and Terry were brilliant, they were at my door in less than half an hour from the 1st phone call. On a Saturday night, I thought I'd have a long wait but not with these 2. Super professional and went above and beyond to help. Not only did the get the door unlocked in great time but they adjusted the alignment to stop the latch catching. Brilliant service and very friendly. Couldn't recommend them enough. Lovely to see a father and son team working together.

Tommy and Terry were excellent to work with! They came for the first visit the same day, in looking at the work they assessed all the ways it could be fixed and offered a lot of affordable options. They provided a good temporary option whilst awaiting the part, and came back swiftly in only a couple of days time! Very happy and would certainly work with them again!

Tommy and Terry were a pleasure to have around and fit our locks. We needed four locks fitted for a HMO and not only did they do a great job, but they went above and beyond to ensure they advised us fairly and also helped us around the house with the odd random job purely out of kindness. Can’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys

Great service, very reliable and efficient. Highly recommend these great guys 👦 👌

My front door did not shut before I left for work which was a huge worry. After looking for locksmiths in the local area I came across Pro Locks, who were friendly great service and at my property with 15 mins of the phone call to fix this for me. Great service would def use and recommend again.

We lost our house key at a night club and was literally standing out cold. These guys came like a super hero at 4 in morning and helped us to get inside. Wonderful service, very friendly people. Would very highly recommend them.
