I honestly couldn’t recommend Prize Autos enough! I’d had some really bad experiences when looking for a new car, so by the time we arrived, I was feeling a little apprehensive. From the moment we walked in, though, we were met with nothing but kindness, patience and genuine helpfulness. The whole experience was completely different, and I couldn’t be happier with my new car!

Michael was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was so kind, helpful, patient and genuinely lovely to deal with. He never made us feel rushed or pressured into anything and took the time to help us, answer our questions and make sure we were happy. He even helped sort out a problem with the car, which I really appreciated. The car itself was in mint condition, and knowing that I also have two months of warranty gives me extra peace of mind.

It’s so refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about their customers and wants them to have a good experience. Buying a car can be stressful, especially after previous bad experiences, but Michael made the whole process feel easy, comfortable and exciting.

I’m absolutely in love with my new baby, and I honestly can’t thank Michael enough for all his help and kindness! He’s a real credit to Prize Autos, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves because he truly went above and beyond.

I viewed a gorgeous Audi a4 online on Tuesday, I test drove it on Wednesday and I was driving away in it on Thursday all thanks to Michaels great work highly recommend fast and stress free 👍🏼

Very helpful answered all my questions

I bought a BMW 4 Series Gran Coupé M Sport from Prize Autos a year ago. The car was delivered exactly as agreed, but unfortunately it developed an issue and needed a repair. Prize Autos arranged for a recovery truck to collect it, had the problem fixed and returned the car to me.

They also helped me with another issue afterwards and made sure the car was completely sound. Buying a used car and parting with a significant amount of money can be very worrying, and I was understandably stressed at times, but the team remained helpful and dealt with my concerns.

Fast forward a year and the car has just passed its MOT without a single advisory. I’m extremely happy with both my purchase and the service I received. It is reassuring to know that Prize Autos stood by the car and resolved the issues properly. I would happily recommend them.

Michael was extremely professional, friendly, and understanding throughout the whole process. He answered all of my questions and gave me the car for a test drive without putting any time restrictions on me, which I really appreciated.

The entire process was handled quickly, smoothly, and professionally. I’m very happy with the car. I had been searching for a long time, and I’m genuinely glad that I ended up finding this dealership.

I’ll start by talking about the service I received from Cole which was superb from the beginning. Cole had responded to my enquiry within less than 24 hours. Professional, clear and answered all my questions in detail to ensure nothing was missed. I knew I was going to be in good hands and having come from a car sales background myself, I’m quite particular with car dealerships.

The vehicle itself was described accurately and blew me away when I visited as it was in much better condition than I expected for its age and mileage.

During viewing, Cole was very welcoming and patient allowing me to take my time viewing the vehicle and answered all of my questions, ensured I had everything set up with the warranty, breakdown cover and documentation before I headed off.

After communication is also at the same level of pre sale, very good!

Agreed a price and part exchange value. Spoke to Michael at 11am said we were just leaving and would be in about 2 1/2 hours, he said no problem see you then.

We were 5 minutes away when he rang and said the car had been sold 🤬

We had driven a hundred miles in very hot weather, my daughter who was buying the car is 33 weeks pregnant.

We were offered £50 for our trouble 😂
We had arranged child care.

We then had a 2 1/2 hour drive back.

Perfect handover. No complications. Really easy and all information provided quickly. Extremely recommended

I only dealt with Cole, i am working abroad so contact was email, phone or WhatsApp.

Any time i needed info or requested paperwork he replied almost immediately.

I aranged for family to collect, a couple minor issues were picked up which would have made it a 4 star but Cole straight away offered solutions and in the end reimbursed me immediately for the corrections making it a seemless 5 star transaction.

Very professional and respectful and would recommend.

I thought that the salesman was a very nice young man who was very helpful on the day of buying my car. My only issues is they really should think about putting a portacabin of soughts on the site for him to deal with the paperwork as standing outside isn't ideal especially if the weather wasn't very good. Also, it took far too long to get documents of service to my address which wasn't ideal. But overall, i love my car and as i said, the salesman was very nice and couteous so apart from said issues would recommend.
