Pritchards Heating & Plumbing Limited Omdömen

Can’t recommend him highly enough. Very professional and friendly

I needed a repair to stop a leak from my central heating filter. Jake was able to do the work very promptly, and worked efficiently, explaining what needed doing and why. He is always friendly and relaxed, and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend.

We had our boiler, radiators and thermostats replaced by Jake. Can’t recommend him highly enough for his professionalism, work ethic and knowledge. Was friendly, respectful of property, arrived on time and left everything clean and tidy. Will certainly use again for anything plumbing related.

I was recommended Pritchard's Heating & Plumbing by a friend and I was really pleased with the service. Jake fitted an appointment in quickly, explained everything that he did while he was here and made sure I was comfortable with what he'd done before he left. He also said to call him for advice anytime for peace of mind, which was also good. I'd definitely recommend him and his team.

Dear Jake

I am so sorry this has taken me a while to get around to sending, but just wanted to say a huge "thank you" for doing such a wonderful job with my ensuite bathroom. I could not be more delighted with how it all looks and so appreciate the excellent job and the quality of the work you and your team have carried out. From the outset dealing with the numerous requests from my insurance company to the final job the service you have provided has been exemplary. The quality and finish of the work is there for all to see, but it is equally the incredibly professional way you go about your business.Throughout the project you and your team have been ultra reliable, incredibly meticulous with tidiness and communicated well at every stage of the project. Nothing has been too much trouble and it has been so refreshing to receive such “proper old school customer service” from someone so young and in an era when that level of service is evaporating. Everything was completed in exactly the time scale you provided and bang on budget too!. Hopefully you have some great pics of the completed project which you can use as an illustration of your work.
Please accept this Jake as a testimonial from a very satisfied customer and without doubt will call upon your services again.

Great service. Very efficient , tidy ,clean and polite , made an excellent job . Would highly recommend this company .

I would like to say a big Thank You to Jake and team for fixing the water leak in my Elderly mothers loft.Spending all day carrying out a big repair without myself having to do anything other then obtain a free estimate and giving my mother piece of mind.Thank You for all your hard work.Highly recommended.Kind Regards Tas

From estimate to completion of our bathroom refurb Pritchards have been a pleasure to work with. Jake is extremely professional, in terms of the quality of his and his team's work, his communication and the respect he paid our home - always keeping the working area clean and tidy. This was a challenging refurb because of the age of the property and issues we had with the supply of some materials, but Pritchards found a solution to all of these and were flexible when problems arose. We couldn't recommend them more.

We had a leak in our kitchen. Jake came out promptly to fix it. He was knowledgeable, resourceful (tricky problem) and thorough. Fixed everything and left it all clean and tidy - worked that way too. We were so happy with his work, we booked him to replace our bathroom taps. Jake and Kevin did a fantastic job, again. Highly recommend.

Very attentive and tidy and quick and efficient , lovely tidy job done , and very pleasant workmen and tidy and clean .

We needed a new sink in the downstairs cloakroom. Pritchards removed the old sink without damaging any surrounding tiles. The new sink is installed perfectly and very neatly.
For any bathroom, cloakroom, heating or plumbing job choose this company. Service is excellent, prices fair and quality of work cannot be faulted.

Jake was quick to figure out why our outside tap wasn't working. He was also able to replace the faulty part on the spot. Great job as always!

Would highly recommend Jake. Efficient, professional and really happy with the service provided in replacing and relocating my boiler system. Kindly unblocked a blockage I had been having issues with FOC and great communication from start to finish.

We have recently used Jake and his team for emergency call-outs and on-going maintenance for our decidedly dodgy plumbing system. On all occasions the service we have received has been prompt, professional and really friendly. They always let us know what is going on, the costs and how long things are likely to take. A template for how a company should be run.

Jake and his team have refitted two of our bathrooms and converted a downstairs office in to a wet room and toilet. He also deals with all our boiler megaflo and water softener requirements. Pritchard’s are professional, reliable, respectful and fairly priced. Personally, we wouldn’t use anyone else and would highly recommend them for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Have used this company for over 6 years. Always a perfect job. Such excellent attention to detail. Best plumbing company I have ever used.

Jake is our go to person for all of our plumbing needs - from little to big jobs. We have just had a new en-suite fitted and it’s fab - like posh hotel! Jake keeps you posted with who is coming when to do what job throughout the process. All his colleagues are great - getting on with the job and making suggestions when decisions need to be made. Highly recommended.

Jake was very professional. He kept us informed of date and time changes. He arrived promptly, completed the work satisfactorily, including sorting out a leak I had not noticed. He was quick and pleasant, giving us the confidence of a job well done. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Jake & his team refitted the family bathroom and did an awesome job. Each member of the team we dealt with were extremely professional and courteous & they kept their work areas clean and tidy & left the place spotless every evening.

They had a few unexpected issues to resolve which were handled expertly and lots of discussions were had along the way, which was much appreciated and we’re thrilled with the new look bathroom.

Happy to recommend Jake & his team & we’re looking forward to working with him again shortly on the next project in the house.

Excellent service and professional at all times. Jake and his team helped repair our heating issue quickly and efficiently. Very reliable and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend!
