Amazing work as always. Been using Pritchards for the last 3 years now. Always on hand, friendly and gets the work done. Good value for money. Also there if needed in an emergency.

Can’t say thank you enough, very professional and friendly service. We had a gas link and he sorted issue quickly and safely and was very clean and tidy.

Will definitely use you again

Jake is a pleasant, helpful, polite, knowledgeable heating engineer. Quick to diagnose the problem and clear in explaining the work required. Efficient and clean in execution. I have no doubts in recommending him to anyone who requires a good plumber. He will be back here for my next problem.

Highly Recommend
Jake went out of his way to help fit new valve and thermostat as well as check that my heating was working properly across an infinitely difficult and busy time for him and me. Not only is his work excellent but it is the amiable way he goes about his work and “old school” customer service that is most refreshing. Will definitely go back to Jake for any further plumbing work in future

Jake has been my go-to plumber for a good while now and on his recent visit to fit a new waste system to my bath and fix a radiator he was as ever polite, efficient, tidy and professional and completed both jobs to my total satisfaction.

Jake has serviced our boiler a couple of times. He has been reliable, polite, efficient, professional and has got our boiler working after problems.

Jake was reliable, polite and helpful. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Jake! So polite and helpful and really good at what he does.

Will be recommending to any friends and family.

Whatever the problem is, kitchen, bathroom, plumbing or heating Jake will always go the extra mile. Quick response, reasonable prices, professional work and personal and friendly service. What’s not to like?

Jake came and fixed my heating last week. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. His communication both prior to the visit and afterwards have been exemplary.

I can highly recommend Pritchards Heating & Plumbing. They have sorted an issue with both my boiler and toilet quickly and efficiently and will treat your house like it's their own - 5 stars all round :-)

Jake fitted a new immersion heater and serviced my water cylinder. He was great with communication, from my first email to request a quote to the conclusion of the work. He was also punctual, friendly and tidy. Thought the process he explained what was going on. I would both recommend his work to others and would use his services again myself.

We have used Jake on a few occasions and recommended him to others. His standard of work is excellent and he always does what he says, arrives on time and is very friendly and courteous. A first class workman.

He arrived within hours of calling him. We supplied photos so he was prepared with the correct parts. Polite and cheerful. Would use again.
