Our car was taken out of the inside car…
Our car was taken out of the inside car park and left in a field where it was covered in bird faeces causing damage to the paint work. On arrival back from our holiday we received a £100 fine as the car exited car park while we was away

I did not say we booked an indoor car park, had this been an option we would have! I stated after 3 days it was removed to an outside car park which then caused damage to the paint work. Yes you retracted the fine but it was another issue we had to deal with!
You have offered £50 compensation but a quote from a car detailer to sort the damage is in the £100s so either way it’s an expensive mistake

I'd been messed about by No1 Lounges at Gatwick when trying to deal with them direct but John managed to sort it immediately. Thanks for the Can Do attitude John it makes a big difference and reflects positively on your company
FIVE STAR! YOU MUST BE JOKING
Five star is not a common statement made by me but in this case it was well deserved. Looking for entry into the 1/Gateway Lounge at Gatwick North for 2 persons I came across Priority Bookers offering a deal that I couldn't resist. I made my booking the day prior to easyJet cancelling 1,700 flights and moving passengers from one flight to another. I sought to change my Lounge access. John responded quickly to my request stating some difficulties that might arise. My response was a request to try a small change without jeopodising my booking. Lo and behold, I have a revised booking for the Lounge that currently matches the revised booking made by easyJet. Sincere Thank you John, as said in the military environment, you have a 'can do' approach.
Great at alterations if your booking changes
The initial process of booking a Lounge was simple and cheaper than booking direct. Our flight times were then moved 3 hours earlier so we had to change our booking, they managed to arrange the time adjustments without any fuss. John in particular was courteous and professional and worked hard to get it done, I wouldn't hesitate to use the company again for all my booking needs

I needed to cancel a lounge booking and John was extremely efficient in dealing with this. He responded promptly, kept me informed and was extremely polite in his communication.

I purchased a voucher via groupon. Already had the cost of that covered with just one booking … about to book more too as it is cheaper .
Just bought a 1 year membership using…
Just bought a 1 year membership using Groupon voucher. But it is a complete disappointment. The discount on airport parking or lounges is mere token. Nowhere near what is shown on their website as examples. Such dishonesty by modern business is shameful.

Do not buy through Groupon
Do not buy through Groupon, complete con. Advertised as 80% off, only got a fiver discount. When challenged Groupon said it says up to 80% off. Not true, even though I got a refund Groupon is still advertising this as 80% off. Priority Booker should not be working with Groupon, this is false advertising, avoid!
Please see the advert...very misleading then!

Complete CON!!
I purchased The 6 months VIP What a complete waste of money. I just tried to book the lounge at Glasgow Airport and it said "SOLD OUT!!" funny tho I can book direct. Also Glasgow airport parking is more expensive than booking direct.. please don't waste your money with this absolute CON!!!

I accidentally booked the wrong…
I accidentally booked the wrong terminal for the lounge, it was my partners first couple only (no kids) holiday in ten years and we were so upset. However, a member of priority booker helped us and refunded us, also gave a link to make it easier to book next time. We were able to book the correct terminal also. A great start to our holiday thank you so much.
