AP360 Rollers
Replacement rollers worked great, little finicky to do the replacement, but gear puller and going slow. You'll need to pull the housing on the electronics, pull gear while on the machine, go slow on the cir clips and no problem there. Once gear is off, pull the bushing on the gear side of the roller and both will come out pretty easily at an angle. Running much more smoothly after replacement, and label roll no longer walks after a couple dozen applications.

The ink cartridge came in on time however cyan didn’t work for an entire cartridge. Had to redesign and entire order to get out on time.

Good printer, terrible after-sales service
I live in Chile and urgently purchased cartridges to complete an order for 6,000 cookies. I even paid for expedited shipping. I purchased three cartridges within two weeks, but one of them was not shipped on time and is still in the United States because the person who was supposed to bring it to me had to leave before it arrived.
I find this extremely inconsiderate, especially because you sell this machine to customers worldwide and should provide reliable solutions for those of us who live outside the United States. After I complained, you only refunded the shipping cost. I was also promised a replacement cartridge, but I never received it. No consideration was given to the enormous stress and difficulties this caused me.
I have more than 130,000 followers on Instagram, many of whom are cookie decorators who regularly ask for my opinion about this printer. I can say that the printer itself is good, but unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company to customers in Chile because of its extremely poor after-sales service and lack of genuine solutions.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused, especially with such a time-sensitive order. After reviewing the situation, we found that part of the shipping address was inadvertently cut off due to FedEx label character limitations, which contributed to the delay.
Several members of our team worked to resolve the issue, and we have arranged to send a replacement cartridge at no charge. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get it to you in time, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
We always encourage our international customers to allow extra time and keep backup supplies on hand when possible, as unexpected shipping or customs delays can occur. We appreciate your business and feedback and will use this experience to help improve our process.
