Cannont get LX4000 to print with crsip…
Cannont get LX4000 to print with crsip lines. Went through all aligning, cleaning, printhead removal, and everything was blurred, too much ink, and skewed incredibly magenta. Didnt bother calling becasue I did everything they normally suggest. I replaced that printhead early with this one. It was great for 2 weeks. We are back to the same print issues.
We are prepping our holiday labels to be run professionally.

The turnaround to ship out my ink cartridge was phenomenal. FedEx ended up playing ping-pong with my package. However, Primera still saved the day by making sure I received a cartridge in time to fulfill my huge bakery order to print cookies for Coca-Cola and Delta Airlines. Customer Service is superb and so very appreciated !

I was having some technical issues with my printer. If my printer is down the production of my small business complete stops.
The tech department was so helpful and resolved my problem very quickly. Even though I talked to several different people in the tech dept. everyone was kind, courteous and quick to respond. My issue was resolved beyond my expectations and I was up and running again with in a few days. I appreciate the dedicated customer service. If I could give more than five stars I would!
