I had my gastric sleeve surgery on the 26th June with PHC and my experience was incredible!

From leaving the plane you're made to feel like a VIP as you fast track all of the queues and border control. Their lounge is STUNNING! There we met one of the PHC carers Ṣafak who was lovely and very easy to talk too! She led us from the airport to the luxury mini bus & to the hospital

First night I had blood tests done and I slept like a baby! I've never known a hospital to be so quiet and peaceful!

The next day I had my pre op tests which were so thorough! Let me tell you, the nurses and staff in the hospital are so punctual! If they say they're going to be there at 9am they'll likely turn up at 8.45am! Can't say I'm used to that in the UK. I just couldn't fault it!

That afternoon I went down for my surgery and I wasn't scared at all! The hospital was immaculate and the staff were efficient!

The surgery went extremely well and coming around from the general anaesthetic I could feel gas pain. Pain killers were given any time I needed them and anti sickness too!

Day 2 after surgery I had still had pain but I would say it had reduced by 50% and we were moved to a bigger room with two beds - one for my husband.

Day 3 I had no pain whatsoever! We were discharged at 11am and had luxury transfers to a boutique hotel in Urla which was clean, modern, equipped with air con and cosy! At Urla we met Rhianne! It felt as though I'd met up with an old friend! Her communication throughout the booking process was so consistent that I felt as though we had formed a friendship before I even went. Across the road from our room was a stunning restaurant also owned by PHC. This was handy for my husband and on the 4th day we did try a little bit of soup. It was stunning 🤤.

On the 3rd day we got go walk around Urla and we visited the Art street which was so beautiful! The buildings were so pretty!

On the 4th day we cohabited in the cafe downstairs with our friends we had made while we were out there and then Rhianne organised a trip out for us to a shopping center nearby which was lovely!

The 5th day we flew home. We were again fast tracked through the airport and taken straight to the boarding gate!

I can hand on my heart say that my experience with PHC was 20/10! They were amazing and still continue to support me to this day! I'm so happy that I chose them to carry out my surgery. PHC are definitely a company who care and are compassionate about their clients!

If your thinking about having a Gastric Sleeve I can thoroughly recommend Prime Health. Last October I flew over to Ismir Turkey full of anticipation, but everything had been sorted for a smooth trip and stay.
From landing, I was in their care until I flew back home. My experience of it all, was very positive, with thanks to Rhianne & her caring staff.
She has also kept in regular contact with me, giving me help and advice when needed.

My experience was amazing, I travelled on my own and I didn't feel on my own or scared once! I had someone with me and always on hand to translate and advise the next steps and what was going on.

My room was amazingly clean and spacious and had an enquire, plenty space if I had taken someone with me too.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The hotel afterwards was so peaceful and relaxing. Felt like a home from home.

I have underlying issues with loosing weight which is why I have gone for the sleeve and even at that my op was 17th Dec and I have lost 11 inches from my waist, 4 off each thigh 4 off each arm and this weekend I fit (with room) on all the rides at thorpe Park!

I am so so grateful to Rhianne, Sude and Lauren for taking such good care of me and I'm looking forward to getting my plastics booked. Good luck to anyone starting this journey and you won't regret it,I definitely haven't x

From the moment of just enquiring about surgery PHC have been amazing, any questions I had were answered and was in constant contact up until stepping off the Plane, which again there was someone there waiting for me that took me to their private lounge where we were greeted by the lovely Yasemin, the transportation that picked us up and took us to the hospital was 5*, from the moment I arrived I knew I was in good hands, nothing was too much for the PHC team, the carers who looked after me during my hospital stay Yasemin, Shafak and Lauren, you are all so kind hearted and should be so proud of yourself, you are very compassion and go above and beyond, I felt so safe and genuinely cared for, if anyone is nervous about getting surgery in Turkey, you really don’t need to be if you choose Prime Health Concept, they treat you like family ❤️ there is always someone there to translate between the medical staff and you so language barriers are not a worry, as for my Surgeon Dr Muzaffer, he is a genius, I only have 3 incisions from my gastric sleeve and it was performed in 25 minutes, I’m day 6 post op today and I feel AMAZING and have lost 1 stone already (14lbs / 6.35kg) in 6 days, apart from feeling full quicker which is normal I’d never know I had surgery less than a week ago, lastly I want to thank the amazing Rhianne (the owner of Prime health concept) she was who I contacted from enquiry right up until I arrived and she came and seen me in our hotel before we left Turkey, she is so professional but also feels like you’re in the presence of a friend, I am so grateful she started this company and hired such an amazing team, I already can’t wait to return in future for plastics for after I have reached my weight loss goals, keep being yourselves the amazing team that is Prime Health Concept ❤️❤️

The team and Prime health concept were with me every step of the way from stepping off the plane to going back home. The hospital we used was also amazing and the nurses and doctors were on the ball so much more than if I would have had this done in the UK. I am still receiving aftercare support from the team as well.

I went with PHC for gastric sleeve surgery in Dec 22. From the moment I contacted them they were nothing but helpful. After I booked I messaged them constantly asking questions and they were really helpful and spent lots of time replying and sending me information. They met me at the airport in Izmir and I had a chaperone from the moment I landed until the moment I got back on the plane to come home. They couldn't have been more helpful. The hospital was immaculate, cleaner than any hospitals in the UK. I had Sude on the first night when I arrived and she was absolutely lovely, really friendly and down to earth and she was brilliant at getting me excited about life after the op which got rid of the nerves. On the day of the Op Lauren took me for all my pre op tests, she was such a lovely girl and she's very organised and explains everything as you go for each test. She was really efficient and made the process really easy, understandable and quick. The girls all speak English perfectly and translate between the surgeon, dietician and psychologist so you know everything that is being said. My Surgeon Dr Varlik Erol was brilliant and he was really friendly and happy to answer any questions. He also came to check on me every day after the op which is unheard of in the UK. Lauren stayed with me until I went to sleep in theatre and was there as I woke up and she really looked after me and was so patient as i was grumpy, Im so glad she was with me, shes brilliant. Since the op Rhianne the owner of the company checks on me regularly and is still always available to answer any questions or give me any advice I need. She even sends meal ideas when im stuck, shes great! I really can't praise Prime Health Concept enough, they're an amazing team and everything went seamlessly. I really highly recommend them and I will definitely be going to them when I return for a mummy makeover and Arm and Thigh lift because I know I'll be in safe hands.

May sound strange but PHC have changed my life!!! Obvs for the better!!! Well and truly saved my life, after battling with cancer and illness needing a new hip at age of 35. I couldn't exercise to maintain my weight I was never going to be me again after depressive episodes and another cancer scare I thought YOLO!! So happy I chose PHC from enquiring. To booking. Getting flights.paying. Hospitality. Every single step every single person I have met has been the loveliest ever.. Who can say that these days? I was made to feel so comfortable and reassured.. The pre ops were so thorough and every single nurse, doc, staff member put a smile on my face. I even had banter with the porters that were prob v little English they were all soooo lovely. Translater with you all the time I had 3 that would switch round so one was always with me. well we cried saying goodbye shafeq is the most beautiful lady inside and out. They always have your back. No question or ask is too much. And my surgeon well I worship the ground he walks on literally!!!! Karina and rhianne are the most beautiful warm welcoming people you will ever meet and I will be forever grateful. 5 days post op at home doing amazing and feeling on top of the world. With still after care support on hand and even my nutritionalist to message anytime night or day who is the best lady ever!! I'd have to wait god knows how long and pay through the nose here in UK for that treatment... Thank you so mu h to you all x x x.

My experience was amazing from stepping off the plane to be met by staff to full 24 care in the hospital, when discharged from hospital I went to a lovely hotel, where again had a career in the hotel with us. The girls in the hospital are great and will always go out of their way to help, nothing is too much. I highly recommend Prime health concept and all team. Reanne, Katrina and Lauren support you in everything, including pre op’s even taking you in to theatre and I felt very safe with these guys, you are never alone to deal with anything.what amazing girls they are . Iam now 7days post opt and know I have full support of team if I have any problems xx

Don’t know where to start I can’t fault this company one single bit the care I had from every single person was amazing never once did I ever feel scared or alone the carers the translators the nurses the surgeon doctors Rhianne karina and Lauren is just the most friendly people I have ever met so impressed with everything from the moment stepped off the plane we were 100% looked after and still even now that I’m home and 6 days post op we still chat every day they never leave your side and nothing is ever to much trouble for them deffo won’t even look anywhere else for anything else that I need in the future they will

My experience was fantastic from stepping off the plane to full 24 care from my 3 ladies Safak, Iren and Yasemin who totally looked after me. I highly recommend Prime and all their staff. Im now in recovery as 10 days post opt and know I have full support of team if I have any problems xx

I had a gastric sleeve with PHC in Dec 7 weeks po with no issues all going well. All the girls are lovely, welcoming and very supportive .. big Thankyou to rhianne, Susan, Lauren, and sude who really helped me through the procedure . Rhianne held my hand all the way into the theatre and I will never be able to thank her enough for what she did for me . Lauren was a massive support whilst in the hospital and made sure I was never without and ok she did lots for me and my partner during our stay. I have been in touch with rhianne ever since and she has answered any questions or issues I’ve had along the way. I am a very nervous person when it comes to surgery it was one of my biggest fears and I genuinely believe I wouldn’t have been able to do it without PHC especially rhianne ❤️❤️

My rating for prime health concept is a amazing 5 stars from stepping of the plane to coming home, I can't express in words how great my experience was, I had a mummy makeover with a few extras, Dr Ali and his assistant was amazing, prime health concept staff well what can I say, so caring nothing to much trouble they was by my side and resurranced me. Rihanna, Asi, sakaf, Laura and shouna. Spent more of my time with Asi this girl is so caring and lovely I connected with her straight away, she helped me some much. Rihanna was the same and arranged for me to have pamper sessions nails and hair went to the sea front, she made me at ease. Hospital stay was great the nurses was amazing but glad I have staff with me as I don't speak Turkish but this wasn't a problem at all, loved hotel stay too very clean staff at breakfast was so friendly. Basically just loved my experience oh and my new body 😊

We never had to think about anything, team were there to answer all my questions. Thy looked after you 100%. Languages barriers, thy were the at every consultation to translate. Thy are a family run business i would recommend this team if your thinking about bariatic, or corrective surgery

Well where do I start if I could give more stars I would. Excellent care from all the staff, they really are with you 24/7 every step of the way. Rhianne is fantastic nothing is too much trouble at all, she even arranged and took my husband fishing while I was in the hospital. (Where else would you get that service.) I can’t thank prime health concept enough for everything, they guided me through this whole process so smoothly from the minute I text them to now. They are still in regular contact for aftercare to make sure all is ok. I’m now three weeks post op gastric sleeve, I’ve lost nearly two and a half stone and I feel fantastic. THANK YOU ❤️
