Dental treatment
in October I had dental treatment and was given a forever smile.
However; I’ve been getting pain in one of my back teeth stopping me from eating.
After a while of speaking with rhianne, we decided it was best to fly me out to check what’s happened.
I went to the dentist and X-rays were clear no infection or anything obvious, we filed the problem tooth slightly and seen how that was. 2 days later I was still in pain when eating. We went back and we done root canal 🦷. The dentist were amazing we tried everything else before extensive dental treatment, but due to a large filling I had originally in that tooth and then having a veneer, it was the start of a problem that wouldn’t of gotten better without treatment
I can’t thank rhianne and the staff at the dentist enough! As always prime kept their word, always looking after their patients during and after any procedure! Rhianne doesn’t see us as a number but as a human being, I’m thankful I met rhianne 6 months ago for the first time when I had gastric sleeve. She’s not a company, she’s family to me
Not a company I would recommend.
I chose this company in October 2024 for my surgery. While I’m grateful that the procedure itself was successful and I can’t fault that aspect, I unfortunately cannot recommend the company due to the overall experience I had with them.
From the very beginning, the organisation was chaotic and last-minute. Important details, such as flight information, were only provided a few days before departure, making it incredibly difficult to plan ahead.
While promises were made during the trip, it quickly became clear that when issues arose, the company resorted to excuses, dishonesty, and empty reassurances rather than resolving problems effectively.
A specific incident highlights this poor service. I left my ring in the hospital and realised this shortly after returning to my hotel. I was assured that it would be retrieved and returned to me before my flight home which was in a few days time. However, this promise was not kept. Instead, I was met with a string of excuses—claims that the weekend staff at the hospital couldn’t assist, followed by assurances that it would be sent back to me via another patient traveling to the UK. This never happened.
Despite repeatedly chasing updates, I was continuously told it was being “sorted” and that it would only take a few more days. Weeks passed, but nothing materialised except more excuses and lies. I even offered to cover the cost of secure, recorded postage to speed up the process, but this was also ignored.
As the ring held sentimental value, being part of a matching set, I requested compensation to replace it. Sadly, I have since been completely ignored, leaving me to believe that either my ring was stolen, or it was lost and they’re simply refusing to take responsibility.
Had I known this ordeal would drag out like this, I would have arranged and paid for my own transport back to the hospital to collect the ring myself. However, I trusted the company to handle the situation as promised—clearly a mistake.
My advice to anyone considering this company is to steer well clear. Their main priority is taking your money and leveraging influencers, who receive free procedures, to promote their services. Unfortunately, my experience has shown that they cannot be trusted to deliver on their word or to properly support their paying customers once issues arise.
Had my gastric sleeve in July 2024 and…
Had my gastric sleeve in July 2024 and can not fault my experience or my operation at all …. The surgeon was amazing honestly so glad I choose prime for my life changing surgery, really can not thank all at prime enough forever grateful and tell everyone who asks where I went about my time there and even now the fact the company keeps in touch is fantastic also
My apologies I thought I had left…
My apologies I thought I had left feedback last year but hadn’t . I had a mommy make over last year breast implants , arm lift as I’ve lost over 5 stone in weight & had lots of loose skin & no breast tissue . My over all experience with this company have been absolutely exceptional from start to finish , hence why I returned this year again to have further procedures done . Rhianne & all her staff couldn’t do enough for you nothing was any trouble , this has been life changing to me & without PHC I couldn’t of had this done as in the uk it costs an absolute fortune to which I couldn’t of ever payed. I will continue to support this company & will highly recommend to family & freinds if ever needing any surgery done . Rhianne contacts me on a regular basis asking how I am & I do too as we’ve become great freinds . Thank you x
My review of plastics with PHC
I'm currently 6 weeks post plastics and wanted to give my honest review so far... I had FDL tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo, mons lift and arm lift with lipo. On arrival at the airport myself and my companion were met straight off the plane by a man with my name clearly written, and fast tracked through passport control, not sure if it was due to the time of night (11.30) but we didn't go to the lounge, I wasn't too bothered about the lounge but was so thirsty and the vending machine wasn't working, I just wanted a bottle of water so was a bit gutted about that. Anyway we were taken to our transport and driven straight to Medifema hospital, where we were met by our lovely English speaking carer who completed my registration and took us up to our room, which was spacious, had our own bathroom, was very clean and my companion had her own bed, which was lovely as when I had my sleeve with a different company at a different hospital, my companion had a sofa bed which was tiny and uncomfortable. The carer set us both up on the hospital WiFi and added us both on Watsapp so we could contact her at any time. My pre-op tests were completed and the carer took my companion to the canteen to get drinks and snacks. The next morning Dr Ali came to complete my consultation with 2 carers. Unfortunately due to me being heavily on my period, they did not want to risk me being under anaesthetic for the length of time surgery would take, as well as being given blood thinners when on my period so we agreed for my surgery to be delayed by 2 days, I was happy with this as they were putting my health first and not just rushing surgery. Rhianne arranged for us to be transported to the hotel for the 2 days so we wouldn't be bored in the hospital. We were given a joining room so we had our own space but were still together. The hotel was lovely and clean, above the office so Rhianne was downstairs if we needed her and she sent us a list of places to go in the area. Rhianne also set us up on the hotel WiFi. We went to Rhianne's restaurant which is opposite the hotel and the food there was lovely, we also had breakfast brought to our room each morning. Rhianne regularly checked in either in person or through Watsapp, making sure we were OK and seeing if we needed anything. The morning of my surgery we were transported back to the hospital, I had another consultation with the surgeon and was taken to theatre, my carer came with me and held my hand until I was asleep. When I woke I was told I also had a hernia repair, as they found it and it was larger than 2.5cm so it needed to be done. Nurses came whenever I pressed my buzzer. I was checked on regularly, the carers often came in and messaged us both to see if we needed anything. One of them went to the shops to get me something to eat at one point as I was struggling to eat the meals so she went to get me some tasty snacks to try. On day 3 I was discharged to the hotel. Again Rhianne was great with ensuring we were OK, she came to change my dressings daily, helped with anything I asked or needed information about. Rhianne also took me to the hairdresser as I couldn't wash my own hair, I felt like a new woman after this. I also met the lovliest of people at the hotel, who had similar surgeries and it was great to be able to sit out on the balcony together to eat/drink/chat. The day before flying home I was taken back to the hospital for a final check up with the surgeon and he was very happy with my healing. I was also sent pictures and videos of my surgery and before and after pics via watapp. I'm happy with my results so far. Rhianne continues to message, checking in and asking for regular updates with my wounds. Very pleased I chose PHC.
The best decision ever… 9 stone down!
From making initial contact in June 2023 , I felt at ease speaking with Rhianne about having gastric sleeve surgery. I had the normal apprehensions about surgery itself and about travelling abroad, but I believe what I believe about the UK media, did my home work and felt really comfortable with the professionalism and responsiveness of the PHC team; they answered all of my questions comprehensively.
I’m quite impulsive and booked surgery for 07/08/2023. I received my flight details one week before flying and when I arrived at the Izmir airport I was met directly off the plane by a young man holding a sign with my name, he fast-tracked me through security and lifted my suitcase from baggage reclaim. He escorted me and my suitcase to the PHC lounge where I met a lovely lady called Safak who offered me a drink and then boarded me onto a luxury mini bus to take me to the hospital.
Upon arrival at the hospital around 8pm, Safak took me to various pre-op appointments before offering to help me order some food, which would be my last meal for a while. She made sure I had my food, a drink and anything else I needed before leaving me to rest in my own private hospital room. My phone wouldn’t connect to the WiFi so whenever Safak was there she would hotspot my phone to hers so that I could contact my Husband and toddler; she didn’t have to do that but I was so grateful, since I travelled solo. She gave me her phone number and if I needed anything I could get in touch.
The next morning I had some thorough tests completed including an endoscopy, chest X-ray, breathing tests, blood tests, ECG, heart and stomach ultrasound, psychologist appointment and nutritionist.
Later on that day I was taken to theatre and my sleeve surgery was performed by Dr Hidayet Çatal, he met with me before surgery and afterwards - he did not badger me for any photos with him or videos asking how I found the experience, instead he asked how I felt and reassured me that surgery had gone perfectly to plan, he wished me luck on my weightloss journey. I recovered quite hour on hour and the next day (Tuesday) was taken to the PHC boutique hotel, which is essentially a private double room with en-suite, located above the PHC offices. PHC don’t glamourise the accommodation, albeit some people expect it to be more like a holiday camp than a room to recover from surgery. The room was super clean and had it’s own fridge and shower room, ideal for what was needed. I was checked on, spent some time with Rhianne and the team in their office, was given water, apple juice, soup, pain killers, anti-sickness tablets, antibiotics and omeprazole and told exactly how and when to take them. I slept well and the next day I took a long walk into the town which was easy to navigate. The following morning (Thursday) I was taken to the airport and again met by a young man who took my case and fast tracked me through security. I felt safe to fly and the only thing negative at that point was dehydration, which is expected after gastric sleeve surgery, but I had bottles of water and even felt well enough to shop duty-free whilst I waited for the plane. I flew home alone and was met at the airport by my Husband. Overall a really pleasant trip, despite going by myself. Since being home I’ve been in constant communication with Rhianne (the owner of PHC) who regularly drops me a message to see how I am doing, without a hidden agenda or wanting anything in return.
Anyone considering gastric sleeve surgery should naturally read all of the reviews and make a very balanced and educated decision - I personally would not hesitate to go back for plastic surgery to remove my loose skin once I’m ready for that.
I won’t give my social media handles because I’m not a show-off or a desperate influencer.
This is an update to my previous review…
This is an update to my previous review Aug 2024 Susan B. Given I have been very close to death. I have not had any offer of an apology or refund for my near death experience under the care of PHC. They have admitted I had ‘Necro fat’ and have tried blaming out NHS for my injuries and life scars I will be left with, Being offered to be flown back to Turkey was not an option I would have ever took. I have tried to reach out to Rhianne and others on social media so individuals can make their own informed choices.(To which I have now been blocked). This will not stop me taking the legal action I have decided to now take.
This is a copy of my last communication with PHC
Hello Rhianne do u have any feedback from Dr Ali, I am currently dealing with a Turkish Lawyer who has give me this advice. I will forward u their advice, I just wish I had been medically treated in hospital at the 1st point of injuries. There was so many things that couldve avoided my injuries, even down to I was not given the correct compression garments. I really did not wish to really go down the legal route but I paid large amount of money for a service that nearly killed me & have had no apology or offer of refund
S
I have had no response to this which is dated 7/11/2024
I fully believe there are so many others that have not come forward, and those who have so much to say about this company but still choose to use them. I hope this review makes one person stop & think before someone dies. I am happy to discuss with anyone that wishes an honest factual review as every one of my written words are truthful and I will declare again under oath.
This review I am writing is my own account of my PHC experience, if one person stops to think very carefully about who does their surgery, That is the only awareness I wish to raise.
This review is my personal experience with PHC.Whilst my story is also linked to Leah Mattson Instagram account.I can state the photos featured are mine, those photos are not the worst ones that have been taking. Others may yet be seen publicly as I have been contacted by national news/media, to which I have yet to decide yet if I will go public.
I can not comment personally on the gastric sleeve surgery as I did not have this procedure. But speaking to several patients that were there they were very complementary about the surgery, hospital. What they did state was NOT many actually saw their surgeon before surgery only afterwards for a high 5 do you like my surgery for social media opportunity. Flights often booked last minute, people complaining they did not have time to prepare. This was the case with my flights which were booked on the Sunday and I was flying on the Thursday with a companion. I did over a years research and started my communication with Rhianne back in May.
On arrival into Turkey we were met off the plane and fast tracked through security, but did not see or were we taken to the private lounge, it was straight onto the hospital for numerous tests. My first impression was I could not ask for a more through examination prior to surgery. I met the surgeon Dr Ali before I went down to theatre. I was informed afterwards my surgery had gone very well. I had surgery Friday 15/8/24 discharged 17th, even though I had reservations this was too early. I was driven to what I had been told was a boutique hotel with my companion and another patient. I have never suffered so much pain in all my life, we arrived at what I can only call a bedsit above PHC office. There is no pool/ lounge that one would expect at a hotel. There are four rooms with a kitchenette in the corridor. There were no meals provided apart from breakfast and any other meals had to be purchased personally. I get those who have sleeves do not require food but others do. I felt Rhianne was being very supportive and ensuring I was being looked after, she could not have been more helpful when my elderly companion requested to be flown home the day we arrived at the boutique hotel!!
However for me the day I was discharged I suffered nothing but problems, Rhianne did arrange for a private nurse to attend to me twice, I have nothing but respect for that nurse as her empathy/skill were 2nd to none. As the days went by I became more and more unwell. It was clear I was not fit to fly home as arranged. Rhianne and the surgeon suggested I stay and be looked after, however at the beginning of the 3rd week the smell from my skin was horrendous. I stated I wanted to be taking to any hospital as I knew there was something seriously wrong. Rhianne arranged for me to be seen by Dr Ali at his private office. Once, there I was informed I had 'Necro fat' technically the skin and tissue were dead. I was given a local anaesthetic and cut open, flesh cut out and restitched. However by the Weds I could smell the putrid smell of flesh again. I was seen again the day of my flight home. (I was given my fit to fly certificate day of surgery). I was told by Dr Ali and Rhianne that I could go home I would be giving antibiotic's and Iodine to clean my wound, which I fully accepted as had no reason to doubt this. My journey home was horrific, my wound was leaking through my clothes and people on the plane were commenting there was a smell, which I was mortified was me. I had no choice but to attend my local A&E. Within 3 hours I was listed for emergency surgery and twice over that weekend due to NECROTIZING FASCIITIS. I was informed I was 36 hours from death. I liaised with Rhianne when I was able, but on refection she is not medically trained, I was moved round 3 rooms, I never once saw Rhianne washing her hands going from room to room. Even though she is a I further contact with her 24/9/24 asking for update from Dr Ali I was very disappointed not to get a response until the day my story went out on Instagram, I was offered the opportunity to go back to Turkey, as they were not happy with what the NHS had done to me!!!! they wanted to look after me properly. Even though I had said several times I can not fly/travel/drive. I have since asked twice for details of medical insurance details/ medical liability insurance details, 1st response was they do not have such insurance. 2nd request I have had no response.
I make no apology for the length of this review. This is my own factual story. i actually paid £8365 for my surgery.I have gone from a full time working professional, now have income at present, and I am relying on NHS/District Nurses,(which was something I felt very strongly about not doing hence paying a larger amount of money for surgery).I am now attached to a VAC therapy 24/7 for the foreseeable. At no time have I have asked for refund or been offered such.
Second time coming to prime health…
Second time coming to prime health concept
And yet again another absolutely amazing experience. I had my teeth done and I can’t fault my forever smile ! I’m full of confidence.
Rhianne as always welcomed me with open arms, we went for food and drinks together and chatted for hours.
I’ve made a friend for life with rhianne and the staff at prime. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy their friendly nature and amazing company, along side further surgey.
I can’t recommend prime enough. Everyone back home and in turkey are complementing my smile
Could not fault this company anyway at…
Could not fault this company anyway at all.
From the very start when I was just browsing the company right till the very end has been phenomenal. Rhianne will answer any of your questions worries etc and at any time of the day!
I flew out with PHC on the 08/10 I was met at the airport where they take you to your bags they get them off the line and push them all for you sped us through fast track right through to where our VIP cab was already waiting. Took around 50 minutes drive to get from there to the private hospital, when pulling up there was more helpers and translator/carer Benji was there waiting in her famous green trousers!
The helpers took our bags inside and we then had to sit in the waiting area whilst benji got us booked in and our rooms where being checked!
About 20 minutes later we then all got took to our rooms, the hospital was immaculate so clean.
On entering our room we had a bed for myself a sofa and a chair for my companion shower room a tv that you can connect Netflix to etc.
from the first day we arrived we carried out loads of tests. Blood, ECG, ultrasound and loads more to remember this was carried out over the 2days right up till the surgery.
The nurses in the hospital are just the best although there is a language barrier there they will use there own phones for google translate to have a laugh with you.
Your carer translator will be there everytime a nurse is with you so you do not need to worry about any of it.
The day of surgery I was taking for the endoscopy where you was put to sleep for I don’t remember a thing all I remember was the nurses stroking my hair and then I was out and smiling at everyone because whatever they put you on it makes you feel great!
You then get taken to a recovery room where you wait to undergo surgery.
My time came I was wheeled into the room I was so afraid of being alone but there was another carer translator right there telling me I’m going to be ok and she will be there when I wake up.
All the nurses told this carer to tell me how pretty I was and was asking where I was from and also wishing me the best of luck to get better soon which was really heart warming I was being cared for like no other person had ever before.
I hopped on to the bed they put a mask on me and I was gone before you knew it I was back I had the carer stroking my arm waking me up and she was there with many nurses to greet me as I woke up.
I woke up in severe pain which I did think I would however not from the surgery just from the gas it’s awful.
They wheeled me back to my room and we had to stay in the bed for 4 hours before you can walk so if you need the toilet they will give you a tray.
My carer came in 4 hours later and helped me walk we did about 7 laps of the hospital floor we was on.
It reduced my gas pain slightly but they recommend you keep walking especially up and down stairs.
Gas pain will be in many places chest stomach should neck and back mine was in my stomach chest and neck it took 3 days for it to fully go but it went eventually and that was just by walking.
If you don’t walk it won’t go and it will stay for a while and believe me you won’t want that.
Nurses and benji and all the other carers on there shift kept coming in to see me throughout the night making sure I was on the best painkillers and iv drip possible!
The next day we was taken for a leak test it just an X-ray but they get you to swallow a really grim drink and then they scan you.
After that we saw the dietician where she told us what we could and couldn’t do etc you also get all this on paper converted to English.
The care was insane they kept my partner informed at all times not only cared for me they cared for her making sure she had snacks dinner breakfast drinks etc.
The day of the release which was Friday we got seen by our surgeon making sure we was ok and giving us our blood results and leak tests.
Later that day we then go discharged to the hotel where again the taxi took us from a to b we was met by Rhianne at the hotel where she helped us upstairs with our bags and handed me my medication that I would be taking home.
She tells you how to and when to take it along with some diet plans as she has some English in her she can explain better and talk about the English liquids you can have!
She lets you rest but also texts you to make sure your ok before bed and in the morning.
She set up a day out for me and my partner to go down to the market the taxi was free it was a 45 min drive and they picked us up from the same place they dropped us.
Breakfast was served for your companions and the hotel workers were very very welcoming!
I have never ever felt so cared for by a hospital or a company. I have been for many treatments with the NHS due to my ovaries and I was made to feel like it was all my fault and i was alien.
Rhianne has checked on me since being home.
Not with PHC they have been amazing and will deffo return in future.
Thank you PHC for changing my life and giving me a second chance at life💖
Gastric sleeve
I’m only 4 days post op but I have nothing but good to say about this company. My experience from the beginning has been incredible. Rihanne has always answered any questions and not pressured me to make the decision or make me send a deposit. She has always been there for when I’m ready. I don’t regret anything. The hospital for start is so clean so refreshing and doesn’t have that typical hospital look or smell. Me and my companion were looked after as soon as got off the plane from airport assist to 24/7 carers/translators in the hospital and then with Rihanne before flying home. I can’t fault any of the carers they were straight to the room for any problems or questions. They checked in on my companion when I was in surgery as well as when I was resting. They were there with every test, every blood test, every nurse visit to translate and make us aware of everything that’s happening no matter how big or small. Rihanne is honestly a real life angel! She is so lovely and supportive, checking in on me and my companion once at the rooms making sure we were comfortable, answering any questions, even booking nail appointments for my companion. I would honestly recommend this company to anyone considering weightloss surgery!
Thank you to Rihanne and all at prime health. I will sure to leave later reviews further into this beautiful journey!
The best care we could've wanted
I've just returned home yesterday after having a gastric sleeve with Prime Health Concept and I honestly cannot praise them enough! From the minute we touched down in Izmir we were taken care of - we were met off of the plane and taken to baggage collection where their rep picked up our cases and put them on a trolley for us, he then pushed the trolley and led us outside to where our transport was waiting which was got in straight away headed for the hospital. When we pulled up at the hospital you are immediately met by your PHC translator - we had Bengi who is absolutely lovely and really couldn't do enough for us. The hospital (Medical Point) where you stay for the first 3 nights is a state of the art spotless private hospital, all PHC patients are on the same floor. Our room was huge and spotless with an en suite shower room/toilet, it also had a TV. There is a sofa or chair for companions to sleep on and extra sheets are provided for them. Companions are fed and watered daily with delicious healthy meals and tea is bought in for them with their lunch. There is also a cafe downstairs where you can order room service for companions. The day of arrival and the morning before surgery you have loads of tests to ensure you're fit for surgery - it was explained to me many times that if one of the Dr's doesn't think surgery would be safe for you then surgery cannot go ahead, this made me feel really safe as I knew it wasn't just a case of do surgery and get paid - they genuinely care! I had an ECG, a heart scan, stomach ultrasound, liver and thyroid ultrasound, I saw the psychiatrist, gastroenterologist nutritionist, endocrinologist, anesthesiologist, had chest X rays and was asked numerous questions about my medical history including allergies etc and had some blood tests - I'm sure I saw more people but theres too many to remember! They really do check EVERYTHING to make sure you're fit for surgery. The night before surgery I was provided with my 'surgery kit' which included gown, hair net etc. On the morning of surgery I went for my endoscopy which you're put to sleep for so there is no need to worry or be nervous about this then off to surgery after being visited by the surgeon to make sure I was ready or if I had any questions prior to surgery. Waking up after surgery I did feel quite a bit of pain mostly due to gas pain from surgery but the nurses and translator were always with me to make sure I was as comfortable as I could possibly be. The nurses are second to none and come immediately if you press the call bell. I was given anti biotics, pain relief and IV fluids several times a day for the 2 days after surgery to ensure I was comfortable and healthy. On Friday we were transported to the hotel for our last night - before this the surgeon came to visit and make sure I was OK and give me my post surgery blood test and leak test results as well as give me my discharge and 'fit to fly' paperwork. The paperwork is translated into English for you and included descriptions and pictures from your endoscopy to give to your own GP back home. Bengi (translator/carer) helped us with our cases down to the taxi to the hotel and waved us off. The hotel was about 40 mins away from the hospital - the rooms are modern and very clean and all have an en suite bathroom, there are loads of shops and cafes for companions within a few minutes walk. We were met from the transport by Rhianne and she showed us our rooms and gave us a bag of medication each along with instructions of what to take when and for how long. The day of our flights Rhianne sent us all a message letting us know when our airport transport would be picking us up and she was also there to say goodbye to us and explain the drinking/eating stages afterwards to us (these are explained to you at the hospital by a dietician) but as Rhianne is partially English she explains it in an easier way as she is familiar with English foods which makes it easier to understand. Transport to the airport took about 50 mins and when we got there we were met from vehicle by an airport VIP person who took us straight to the desk for baggage drop and checked our luggage in for us, took us through security, we took fast track through passport control and he dropped us at the gate before wishing us a safe flight. You don't have the queue for one single thing at the airport so from drop off to getting to thr gate was literally no more than 5-10 mins at the most. We got back early hours this morning and Rhianne has already messaged me asking how I am today and if I need any help with anything. I can 100% honestly say that the care and attention you receive from PHC is second to none. You have absolutely nothing to worry about you are honestly looked after from touching down to taking off anything you need they will sort for you. I would highly recommend anyone to go with PHC.
Amazing from first communication
Amazing from first communication!
Myself and my companion would definitely recommend PHC!
We was taken care of from the moment we was greeted at the airport then to the hospital by amazong nurses , translator and the wonderful surgeon! Rhian was a diamond! 💎 my companion was given meals/ drinks throughout my hospital stay and then we went to a lovely little hotel for one day/night! I will be using again in the future and telling all my friend and family ! Thank you to all PHC team.

I had my Gastric Sleeve done by Prime Health Concept 7wks ago & I could not be happier from the 1st minute I arrived at the Hospital the staff could not of been more helpful & caring nothing was too much for them no matter the time of day or night if I needed something they were there my interpreters were fantastic as sn as I woke up in a morning to the minute I went to sleep they were always on hand to help in any way possible when I left the hospital to go to an overnight hotel I had forgotten some of my tablets from the uk & Rhianne went searching all over Turkey until she managed to get me my medication for which I am so grateful to her for my Operation was a success I am steadily losing weight with minimal scarring but to sum up my experience with Prime Health Concept I am so glad I chose them & if I were to have any other surgery of this nature I would definitely use Prime Health all staff go above & beyond in there duties of care & help & there after care nothing is ever too much for them even when your back in the UK. Thankyou Prime Health Care for giving me my Confidence & Body back xxx
Red flags everywhere
Support promised is not there.
Service promised is not there.
Abusive, unorganised downright sketchy way of running a business and caring for customers.
Do not risk your health or sanity with this company.
The other negative reviews and info on tiktok can prove this.
Gastric sleeve surgery
I decided to go with PHC for my gastric sleeve in May 2024 and I have currently lost almost 6 stone. I wanted to wait a few months before writing my review to absorb everything and see if I had any complications. Luckily no complications my operation went really well.
I honestly can’t recommend prime enough. Rhianne dealt with my booking and I messaged her daily with questions and she was always there to answer.
I got off the plane and was met by airport support who help your through the airport, get your case and take you to their lounge. I didn’t use this though as we flew through the night so we got straight into the transfers.
I went directly to the hospital and had a days worth of in depth tests and examinations. Far more than I’d ever had on the NHS for previous surgeries. Anybody worrying about the endoscopy do not worry, I don’t remember a thing. The sedation really does wonders.
When I was in theatre the surgeon reassured me before being put to sleep. I woke up in an obvious amount of discomfort but the nurses were amazing. Even with the language barrier we managed to have a laugh together. The PHC carers were always there when the nurses were there and I was given a contact number should I need it. They also made sure my mum always had a coffee made for her, as a companion she couldn’t fault it.
I’ve been back now 5 months and if I need to ask Rhianne anything I know she’s there. Whether that’s to send blood results or food related questions.
I know there’s a lot of bad press around Turkey surgery at the minute, but I can only base my judgement off my experience. I personally had the best care and so pleased I went with PHC.
Thanks Rhianne and all of PHC for changing my life x
Unprofessional
On the run up to my surgery I had to request details about my surgeon and flights multiple times. I wasn’t told who my surgeon was going to be until 4 days before I was due to have the surgery making it impossible to do any kind of proper research on him before hand. In hindsight I should have cancelled but I had never had any surgical procedures before and was massively naive. I was provided jet 2 flight times but was never given my actual flight details. I asked multiple times in the weeks running up to my departure date and was still without any tickets mere hours before I was supposed to be flying! I was eventually sent details for a different airline entirely and it was very obvious that they had been booked at the very last minute. I was so distressed and upset during this time as I really wasn’t sure if they were going to provide the flight details after sending almost £1000 to the company as a deposit. My experience in Turkey was fine, we were picked up and taken to the hospital and met with PHC’s staff who were all pleasant. I did feel a little bit forgotten about at times as a group arrived the day after me and I feel this took most of the care staffs attention. There was also no care staff at the boutique hotel we stayed in afterwards so the 24/7 aftercare they advertise is false. You’re only provided with a carers number to call if required. The aftercare once you are home only consists of a message every so often to ask how you are getting on. The final straw with this company for me however was when the WhatsApp support group became a witch hunt for a woman who had been sexually assaulted on a group trip. She was branded a liar and called some pretty terrible things and this was all allowed to happen in a SUPPORT GROUP. The people in the group chat that were involved in the slandering were never told to stop discussing this woman and instead told by (I think she is the CEO) to contact her if they had any questions about the situation which is just wildly inappropriate and unprofessional. I have since left this WhatsApp support group because I was so disgusted and as you would expect the aftercare messages have now stopped as a result and I haven’t heard from the company since. I am only 9 months post op. I would never use this company again purely because there is no trust, privacy or respect.
I had my teeth done with an amazing…
I had my teeth done with an amazing company called Qairydent who has changed my life for the better but this review isn’t for them.
Had I known what I know now back then I would never gone through PHC and would have contacted Qairydent and gone direct through them, they will be getting a separate 5 star review.
My friend was brainwashed by the company and fell for all their tricks and lies and ended up waking up from the operating table butchered and robbed of not only a lot of money but a lot of hours she had to sacrifice from her family and young daughter to be able to save the money to change her life for the better. They have said they will fix their mistakes but she has to go under the knife by the same surgeon that BOTCHED her. Who in their right mind would think that’s okay? This company is disgusting and very good at getting people to believe their lies! They even spread lies about an influencer that was SA’d under their care and breached confidentiality. Please people do not go to this company unless you want to have incredibly risky surgeries with no PPE worn in unsterile areas. If you want to know more please contact sleeved and relieved on instagram to find out more on why this company should be shut done.
The ceo reached out asking for a honest review. Here you go Rhianne!
Surgeon BOTCHED me
Wish I could give zero, this company BOTCHED me, my instagram is @sleeved.and.relieved I have posted the evidence of their botch job, unfortunately I actually worked for the company for three weeks because I genuinely believed that they were very good company. I had my gastric sleeve with them last year and honestly I couldn’t fault anything about that. But now with my plastic surgery experience, and since me telling them I am unhappy their only resolution was revision with the same exact surgeon that botched me (Dr Ali Seyit Kizilkaya) plus other patients have shown me their bothced jobs, but they need to speak out on their own behalf - for legal reasons I can’t do that. Their plastic surgeon is a butcher and medical staff do NOT wear correct PPE, look on my instagram or Tik Tok for evidence, if you value your health, do NOT go to this company, they also breach patient confidentiality and share your personal information; someone that had plastic surgery that went wrong they have said to everyone who asked about it that the patient in question is an alcoholic, how DARE they disclose that to others
Can’t give ZERO stars but look at…
Can’t give ZERO stars but look at sleeved.and.relieved channel she was butchered by the surgeon and they are doing nothing about it. Someone also in theatre with no PPE apart from gloves… watch with links full of bacteria… a hair bobble on wrist not to mention the outdoor clothing!
