Amazing from start to finish! I decided to go with PHC for my gastric sleeve surgery in march 2025 after doing a lot of research this company really stood out to me and I’m glad I did!
From the minute I enquired about the surgery Rhianne was always happy to help and answer any questions I needed answering, PHC is an amazing company and well managed by Rhianne my carers Yasemin & Ashley went above and beyond to care for me and also keeping my companion informed during my surgery. 4 weeks post op today and I’m doing great can’t thank them enough always checking in on me making sure everything is running smoothly

Overall I did have a great experience

So I booked for my gastric sleeve in January, unfortunately couldn't go ahead due to other medical issues I have and found out my levels were sky high. Had a few hiccups in the road trying to rebook but eventually got there.

I honestly can't complain about the experience all the girls are highly experienced and speak excellent English and always on the other end of the phone if required!

Dr Muzaffer did an exceptional job! Other than some gas pain (to be expected) I've had a great experience with my sleeve so far! Only currently 3 weeks post op.

Rhianne couldn't do enough either, she's helped me through every step of the way and rearranging flights etc.

Prime Health Concept has truly given me my life back. From the moment my wife and I stepped off the plane, we were greeted warmly and fast-tracked through everything. We were taken straight to the hospital for thorough testing before the procedure, and the level of care we received before and after surgery was exceptional. The hospital was immaculate, and now, almost eight months post-op and eight stone down, I can't thank Rhianne enough. She has been incredible from the very start and is always just a message away.

A special mention to Loz—following her journey and speaking with her gave me the confidence to trust Prime Health Concept, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. If you're on the fence about it, don’t hesitate—just go for it. My only regret is not doing it sooner!

After a lot of research into Gastric Sleeve Surgery I decided to message a few companies which ended up with me being bombarded to book, this put me off completely. However PHC were the total opposite, I messaged and Rhianne got back to me with lots of information and various details with no pushiness for me to book. All of my questions where answered often with voice messages which made me feel like the answers where specifically for me and not just auto reply’s.
I booked my surgery for January 2025 and everything was organised by PHC. Flights, transportation and accommodation aswell as my procedure.
I did not have to worry about anything other than packing my case.
On arrival in turkey we were taken to the hospital, I would liken the room to a premier inn or travel lodge kind of stay, comfortable beds, tv and en-suite.
On the day of my surgery I was taken to see different specialists to ensure I was fit for surgery, this was so in-depth. I had blood tests, various scans and X-rays aswell as consultations with a dietitian and a mental health specialist. Once that was out of the way I was prepared and taken for surgery. A few hours later I was brought back to my room for recovery. During this whole experience I had PHC carers/translators with me offering support when I needed ANYTHING. They even kept intouch with my husband to keep him posted on my progress during surgery.
The next day I had further testing to make sure I had no complications and then was left to recover, walking about was encouraged.
The next day I was discharged and we were taken to stay at a hotel for the night before our early flights home.
Rhianne met us there and delivered my medication to take home and a protein shake for me to drink during my stay. She was even good enough to order my husband some food to the room.
The next day we were transferred back to the airport and we flew home.
Some tips I’d recommend would be, upgrade your seats on your flight home, you will appreciate the extra room, I know I did.
If you have a companion who is eating, the cafe downstairs in medifema hospital is reasonably priced as the food served to the room may not be to their liking.

Overall my experience was a good one, PHC had everything organised taking a lot of stress out of the trip, Rhianne and the team were so helpful and always there if we needed them. Even checking in nearly two months after my surgery.

From start to finish, every communication and interaction I had with Rhianne and her amazing team was professional, reassuring, knowledgeable and operated with complete integrity. I was so well looked after during my stay in hospital and whilst recuperating in the apartments afterwards that all the anxiety and worry i thought i would have, never materialised! No question or request was too much trouble. They also gave honest information about the procedure and how to manage my recovery. Nothing was sugar coated or glossed over. The hospital was great and the standard of care was extremely high and surpassed any expectations I had. The hospital itself is large and well equipped with a full spectrum of disciplines, including an intensive care and emergency department. PHC were there every step of the way and have remained in touch with me, offering support and advice whenever I need. I recovered so well from my op and I would not hesitate to recommend PHC to anyone…indeed if there is anything I want help with in the future, I will certainly go back to them!

Such an amazing company ran by a genuinely lovely lady. Rhianne couldn’t do more for me whilst I was there ensuring I was comfortable and heard! If I had any concerns she was there straight away and on the phone to the surgeon if needed.
Had brilliant carers sude and Lauren who again went above and beyond and really made the effort to connect with you making me feel really comfortable.

I went with prime in January after following and researching for almost a year. The day I flew out (Monday) I had started with a cough :( during my pre op tests next day they said my infection levels were too high to operate, which I was a bit upset, but Rhianne had arranged for me to stay at the hospital for a further 3 days to get the antibiotics my body needed, was at an extra cost but I was already out there now so decided to stay, glad I did. I was well looked after and fed from MEDIFEMA hospital and the staff. Room was nice and big and private bathroom/shower. Had my surgery on the Friday as levels had come down. The operating staff were lovely and chatty. When I woke I had gas pain in chest but went after a sleep and a walk. And no issues. Sunday I went to hotel and had a lovely sleep there before heading to airport where I had airport assistance and flew through security etc and first onto plane too. All transfers in turkey were at no extra cost and there is always a carer/translator at the hospital with you and other patients. And they come in every time a nurse comes to see you. I’d highly recommend Prime, even though my experience was a bit crazy, i don’t regret it. Thank you Prime!❤️

I had a gastric sleeve with PHC and my experience was very positive, the care I received was amazing and I felt very safe in their hands, the operation has given me back my life.

Following on from losing 12 stone naturally I was left with an unimaginable amount of loose skin on my tummy arms and boobs. I had put off surgery as I was genuinely petrified of being put to to sleep. From start to finish I genuinely can’t fault a thing. Rihanne was there face to face whenever I needed her and on the end of the phone. My surgery was a big one and the care I received afterwards was faultless. I had a lovely carer who was experienced and spoke fantastic English. If I needed any help, even in the early hours, she was with me in minutes. My surgeon did a fantastic job and my results have changed my life. I was monitored closely after my surgery and was taken to my surgeons private clinic to check my wounds etc prior to being signed off fit to fly. The hospital was beautiful and clean and the staff were lovely. Well over a year post op, rhianne still checks in with me and always offers support and advice if I ever need it. Hand on my heart, prime health concept have changed my life for the better and I will forever sing their praises which says a lot from someone who is EXTREMELY fussy.

Please please don’t listen to any negativity. I would go back in an heartbeat! 💓

I booked my gastric sleeve with prime health concept last year. The booking process was so easy. I spoke to Rhianne who made me feel comfortable and answered every question I had no matter how silly I thought the question was. I booked to join the July group trip where I met the most amazing and supportive people. All the staff from the moment I stepped off the plane were welcoming and friendly. The hospital room was clean and there was always a member of prime health concept there for you and your companion. They gave me a WhatsApp number to message if either of us needed anything no matter the time day or night. My surgery was on 30th July last year and I have currently lost 7st 3lb. Prime health concept have changed my life so much and I am so grateful I get to enjoy life with my children now. Thank you so much.

I had a gastric sleeve with PHC back in April 2023. The last two years have been a whirlwind of excitement. I lost 7 stone and then fell pregnant with my baby who is due next month. None of this would have happened without PHC. You guys will always have a special place in my heart.

From start to finish PHC provided a brilliant service. Before I flew out Rhianne was always happy to answer any questions. While I was in Izmir the translators looked after both me and my mum who came to support me, one of which has been my port of contact for aftercare (Ashley) and has been very pleasant checking up on me every week.

The surgery was also a huge success, with me dropping 3 stone in 7 weeks.

I went to Izmir for a gastric sleeve with prime on 6th January. I can honestly say the care and attention to detail was just brilliant. I was slightly worried about going to a different country to have surgery but the minute we arrived at the hospital we were immediately put at ease. Yasmin (the interpreter) was amazing! She was there through every step and if we needed anything she was very prompt! Rhianne was brilliant whilst we were there too made sure we had everything we needed and gave us a really good talk about the gastric sleeve after we had it done. If I wanted any plastics etc in the future I would definately go back here knowing now what to expect. The airport assistance was also amazing. The hospital was so clean and all the staff were helpful, friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend prime health concept for a gastric sleeve.

I'm currently 23 weeks post gastric sleeve and over 6 stone down.
I reached out to Rihane (CEO) and asked her soo many questions and about the process of the surgery and she happily answered all my questions without hesitation.
I was met at the airport and they had already had a car waiting for us to take us straight the the hospital. It was pretty much smooth sailing from there.
While in hospital I had access to interpreters whenever I needed. The staff were fantastic and really did go out of there way to help anyway they could. I also got to meet with my surgeon Dr Muzaffer before and after my surgery who was amazing.
While recovering we stayed in prime health concepts hotel were I got to have a little walk around the market stalls and little shops. Rhiane even booked and took me to a nail appointment which was amazing! I'm soo happy that I went with prime health concept and would happily go with them again for any further surgery's in the future.
If you are wanting any type of surgery I would highly recommend prime health concept they are truly an amazing company and really do go out of there way to help any way they can.

I am currently 5 days post op from a gastric sleeve through prime health concept my experience was amazing I flew out on the Sunday due to have surgery on the Monday.
Monday morning came around the tests started the amount of test that are run is extensive I was waiting for my blood test to come back and I have an under active thyroid and the surgeon wasn't happy with how low my levels was so postponed my surgery till Thursday as frustrating as it may be it made me realize they was looking out for my wellbeing and actually cared, so the surgeon prescribed a stronger dose of medication and I was taken to the hotel whilst waiting for the higher dose of medicine to start working I had enquired about going to the dentist it was all arranged and sorted even the dentist was fantastic my husband also had his teeth done and even at times when I was at hospital and he was at the dentist we both had translators with us at all times nothing was to much for anyone all the girls was brilliant. Whilst waiting in the dentist myself and my husband was talking with ipek about going somewhere for food by the time we had finished and back at the hotel.Rihanne had arrange for us to go for a beautiful meal. And whilst at the hotel if we wanted food it would be ordered and bought to our room.Thursday morning first thing we was picked up took to the hospital and straight away test started and surgery was given the go ahead. Whilst at the hospital waiting my husband messaged Rihanne had a concern about his teeth no more than 10/15 taxi was on it way and he went back to the dentist and was all sorted. He was back before I went for surgery aswell which was nice. Once I had come round from surgery everything was amazing Dee was there the whole time even getting put to sleep and when I was there she was there when coming round. The hospital food wasn't fantastic for my husband but there is a canteen downstairs that open till late. The night before we was coming home all the medication to take home with me was bought to the room and even a protein shake was brought for my travels home. Even now I am home if I have any questions Rihanne answer them .Prime health concept have been fantastic from start to finish highly recommend.

So this is my very honest review of. Prime health concept I spoke with loz with all pre booking details etc and she was always there to answers questions
I arrived about 8pm ish was met by ipek she took me to the PHC lounge had a coffee a chat and then I was put in a taxi to the hospital. When I was met by Dee Dee made me feel at ease and went and got me something to eat from the cafeteria

The next day. Dee came and got me took me for ecg,X-ray,blood tests,vascular check a dietician a psychiatrist and a endoscopy aswell as seeing the surgeon
And by the end of seeing everyone I knew I was 1000% doing the right think to hear someone tell you half your body is fat that’s a test on a machine and my organs covered in fat and a little kidney stone aswell
4 1/2 years of waiting. Crying to my dr and it still got me no where so I had my operation Friday no complications no gas pains and came home today I feel I have my life in my hands now it’s a process following the instructions on the diet and taking the meds as directed
I had 2 wonderful carers Dee and her sister asli and also Rhianne who got my medication and made me feel very welcome
If you have any doubts do your research ask lots of questions but it is life changing and I feel I have my life back and I’ve only just started this journey 🩷
