Totally ruined my grannies 90's birthday celebration.
My mum had initially booked 2 flights tickets from Mexico City to La Paz, Mexico (she paid $485 USD); she made a mistake with the dates of birth so she had to call the call centre to solve this on 5586638825.
She was advised that in order to fix the date of birth, they would have to charge her another $485 USD and reassured her that the initial payment would be reimbursed entirely. Then, when the airline was contacted, they confirmed no changes were reflected on their system so she call the call centre again. This time, they request her to pay $485 for EACH plane ticket, totalling $970 due to the tariff difference and reassured her again that the $970 previously paid was going to be refunded entirely(afraid of being scammed, this was paid in cash via one of their payment points), they said a confirmation email was going to arrive in 30 min.
The confirmation email was never sent so she calls AGAIN just to be told by the Manager that the call could have been "intercepted" by someone and that she had been scammed and they hadn't any recollection of the data, so my mum just lost $1500 USD thanks to them.
Seeing how sad she is, I'm not stopping until these scams are out in the open for everyone to see and to understand this company is scamming people.
They send you an automated reply to the Trustpilot review but nobody answers when you try to reach them via email or phone.
WHAT AN ABSOLUTELY JOKE OF A COMPANY.

Getting help from customer service is nearly impossible in the U.S. I’ve been on hold over an hour on 3 separate occasions. I’ve sent emails, no response. I attempted to cancel my reservation through chat and was told I need to call in, which I’ve already tried! Extremely frustrating.

THERES NO OPTION FOR ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS.

PLEASE BEWARE! Do not book with these scammers. I placed a booking with them a few days ago only to arrive at my hotel in another country and there WAS NO BOOKING! These guys will ruin your trip and take your money. I'm in the process of going through my bank to file a dispute against this "company". PriceTravel will not answer the phone, they will not reply to your email. You will not get a refund. Their whole BS organization needs to be shut down and not promoted on google. These guys were right up there with Expedia. Shameful!

Worst customer service ever!!! Not worth it! They do not stand by their 24 hour price match guarantee! Have to call and email
Multiple times, which will make it more than 24 hours. I will never use this travel booking site again!

We recently booked Harrah's hotel in Vegas for our upcoming trip. Booked it with flexible cancellation. We had to cancel the reservation since our travel dates changed. Called Pricetravel to cancel the reservation and they kept asking me to call them back for several days and finally informed that it is too late to cancel.
We are very disappointed with the service. Our service is still 15 days away and pricetravel could not cancel my reservation and refund my money.

Our family trip was awesome! We scored some amazing deals and everything went smoothly. I was kinda skeptical about booking with them because of the reviews, but it turned out great! The phone guy was super helpful and the hotel in Puerto Vallarta was perfect. Definitely gonna use them again!

Excellent company, I had a trip to Riviera Maya with my whole family and everything went perfectly at the Xcaret Arte hotel.

K has to out a one star just to write this out they are horrible. It gives you a Huber to call for cancellation but I sat on the IG one for over 4 hours and never got an answer. I keep emailing them to cancel and no one replies. They did take my money and now I’m stuck. I have to take the L but this website must be reported or something. They say you can cancel but you really can’t because there’s no one to talk to. There’s no customer service. Don’t buy anything from them. It really is a scam that

You can't get a hold of them. I've sat on the phone for hours, emailed them and even tried the chat service on their website, to no avail. The chat was in another language. Wow! Am I disappointed. Never again.

Scammer. Beware. They are using official price travel documents to make it seem like it’s a real trip package and purchase but it’s not. We paid 1800 USD and cannot get it back after being scammed. We were sent documents after paying that had errors such as spacing and grammar. The flight was off by 2 minutes from the official United flight plan.

I booked a reservation to Key West for my husband's 50th birthday and needed to cancel because there was an issue with vacation time. I cannot get in touch with them any way at all. I have reported this transaction as bogus.

I canceled a reservation just one day after making it, more than 30 days before my arrival date. The site said it was refundable, but I NEVER got any refund at all! The site lists an electronic voucher under Payments, but I have no idea how to actually access and use a voucher. The cancellation policy just says "Refundable", but no mention at all that that does NOT mean the credit card used to make the reservation will be credited with the refund! On ly a vague reference to an electronic voucher, but no instructions as to how to ever actually get and use a voucher! No one EVER answers email requests for help, and no one EVER answers the phone....just an endless looping recording that repeatedly says "Please stay online" endlessly. I tried about 20 times, different days and times. Once I sat the phone down on speaker, and heard that recording for 3 hours and 33 minutes! Other times for 1-2 hours at a time! This pricetravel entity is a complete sham, and populated by dishonest thieves that should all be put in jail. STAY AWAY!

They are cheaters. The cancellation was free but they refused to refund our money( about 4000 dollars).

This website is a complete scam no good for nobody's going to answer your phone if you want to cancel there just fee hiding money thieves

Hidden resort fee!!!
We booked a hotel at Sahara desert in LV, thinking that we had paid the full amount. When we got there, the hotel CHARGES US AGAIN for a resort fee, which was not included in their website, in our email, or EVEN in THEIR RESERVATION POLICY. Today, I went back to see if I had missed anything, read the entire terms and conditions again, and did not SEE ANYTHING about a resort fee. I have tried to call them about eight times and have stayed on the line for hours, but no one has picked up the phone. So disappointed.

I booked a hotel in Cancun with them we changed the reservation to oceanfront, but they canceled the reservation and never gave me a refund very disappointing.

Made a reservation for a hotel through Pricetravel for the weekend. At first I was worried it wasn’t legit since my confirmation came in a different language. I ended up canceling this hotel and even though the site said it was fully refundable until Dec. 22nd they charged me a %15 percent administration fee, over a month before my stay. No where on their site does it mention an administration fee. Maybe they should be more clear. Stay away from pricetravel if you don’t want to be scammed. If it sounds to good to be true it most likely is.
