Problem solved
Had a problem over the weekend about a voucher, nobody could solve the matter and was very annoyed and frustrated. Until I spoke to someone who solved my problem a lady called jessa. Absolutely nailed my problem with ease. Brilliant keep it up.

Heddah ...7 star.
Heddah made the experience bearable. She was patience personified with a senior citizen who is the original dinosaur. She knew the system thoroughly. Was able to tackle the use of 2 different emails without becoming confused and also ensuring that I did not become confused, and remained courteous throughout a very long phone call. And on top of that she knew the phonetic alphabet. Well over and above. A very big Thank You Heddah.

Avoid this company they don't send the giftcard card at the time of purchase you have to chase it up and i ended up having to use a different payment method and they refused to give me a refund I will never use them again terrible service.

Be careful of Prezzee read EVERYTHING
Avoid using this company I’m £200 out of pocket after purchasing a Ticketmaster voucher that can’t be used. Well luckily it was through Clearpay so the bank will stop any further payments and get the £50 already paid back **AVOID**

Great first time experience
Won a voucher had no problems exchanging for chosen shop then using. Would definitely use again and also buy as a gift as so many shops vouchers can be exchanged for there would be something to suit everyone. Ten out of ten.

BUYER BEWARE
Truly awful XP. Ordered a voucher and opted to pay via a billing company over 3, they billed me not only once but twice for the full amount. Chatted three times with them, unwilling to assist with refunding the voucher. Said the store didn’t allow refunds but I was welcome to swap the voucher to another store. Like, huh? lol. Persuing through my bank and billing company.
BUYER BEWARE. Second withdrawal against my account was refunded but the initial incorrect method of charging me has not been rectified.
