Unable to access expired money
Unfortunately an amount of £65 in my wallet, which hadn’t yet been swapped for a specific company, had expired. I’ve tried to access this but have been told nothing can be done after the expiry date. Why can’t they charge a small admin fee like other better gift providers? To lose that much money isn’t fair, shame on you Prezzee.

Exchanged my £20 for PizzaExpress and then changed my mind to use another retailer but it wont let me changed. Why tell me I can exchange and then remove this. I bit of a swizz if you ask me and you did.

Thank you for your feedback and I understand your frustration. However, please note that when swapping a gift card, there is a notification and an opportunity to review the brand's Terms & Conditions before confirming the exchange. This notice advises that once a brand has been selected and the swap is completed, the exchange cannot be cancelled, reversed, or swapped again.
Prezzee gift cards require you to select a retailer before the card can be used. The swap feature is intended to allow you to choose the retailer you wish to redeem with when you're ready to use the gift card. It does not allow unlimited swapping between retailers after a selection has been made.
Once the swap is completed, the funds are transferred from Prezzee to the selected retailer and the retailer's Terms & Conditions then apply. As a result, we are unable to recover the funds, cancel the exchange, or swap the card to a different retailer if you later change your mind.
We apologize for any disappointment this may cause and appreciate your understanding. We have also sent you an email under this ticket number 3724032 with additional information regarding your gift card. If you have any further questions about how to redeem or use your PizzaExpress gift card, please reply to that email and we'll be happy to assist further.

Got 2 gift cards stuck in my account
Got 2 gift cards stuck in my account, but cant access them. Just keep going round round and round with the reset password routine. But they don't send out any verification emails (checked all my email folders) Customer Service chat just sits there saying waiting for agent.

A company with no customer care - better to just give cash
A company with no morals.
My colleagues collected for my birthday and gave me quite a decent sum!
Shortly after, I lost my father and also went through a difficult divorce.
After somewhat coming through the other side I remembered my voucher and was looking forward to spending it, only to find it expired. Despite several appeals Prezzee have basically said tough luck, hiding behind the fact that they are bound by 'The Terms and Conditions of the Retailer' which is an absolute nonsense. I have not assigned the money to a retailer, it's simply sat in Prezzee's account.
I have other vouchers expired too from Love2Shop and Lifestyle and there was no problem extending these vouchers.
I do not see the merit in swapping cash for a voucher of THE SAME VALUE with an expiry date. If you have to buy a voucher, don't use Prezzee. They are the least compassionate and most unscrupulous company I have ever deal with.
Update. Thank you for your reply which might imply to the reader that you have helped when Infact you have just reiterated that your final decision is that you will not be offering any help at all.

Waste of time & money!
Really unimpressed with a business model that requires creating an account to receive a gift card that - in my case - had already expired!! Friends sent me a gift card for my bday last year. Only remembered when my bday rolled around again. Eventually found the email, but it didn’t work. Waste of time exchange with the virtual customer service assistant was no help, but told me (wrongly) gift cards only expire after 2 years. Looked again a few days later and found a second email had been sent on my actual bday, which worked! Hooray! Created the account, was excited by the gift card swap options (many that do last 2 years). But then noticed my card had expired a year after purchase (so several days before my bday)! Customer service (an actual person this time, so 2 stars for that) said there was nothing they could do! If that’s the policy, the least they could do is send a reminder email clearly warning that expiration is imminent! Gutted I wasted my friends’ hard-earned money!
