All of our orders are sent first class signed recorded and arrive within 2 days Max of ordering.

Rubbish. Don’t arrive. Coming from China.
Ordered 2 necklaces over 2.5 weeks ago. Heard nothing, have sent numerous emails as was over charged as was meant to get a discount if I brought 2. No reply!!
Downloaded the shop app to try & track it to now see that it’s only just in transit which is in China!! What the hell? If I’d have known this I would never ever have ordered!! Absolute joke!!

I'm really happy with the chain! I ordered it and it's really good quality, decent weight to it actually and then even dispatched it first class when I said I needed it quick. Really would recommend this company for the jewellery . Cheers guys

Thank you for your feedback.
As following on from our email chain,
First we needed to ask you a few extra questions with regards to the order, and just wanted to double check something with you first before shipping it out to yourself as it flagged as fraud behaviour.
This is why we had our email conversation to check it was yourself that made the purchase on Tuesday 10th August 16:45pm. Once we had heard back from yourself that it was you who ordered as mentioning via email we then said we would send it first class signed recorded for you on Friday 13th August.
We sent the order for you on Friday 13th August at 14:06pm and using the Royal Mail Tracker we can see the parcel was delivered & signed for by yourself at 14:50pm on Monday 16th August 2021.
