I got exactly what I ordered. A pendant with a photo in it and I love it. I hope the person I got it for likes it as much as I do. I've already placed another order.

You get what you pay for I mean it arrived which was a good point looks nice but can't see whole picture in the necklace and the picture it has a mark down the middle 🤷‍♀️ as they say buy cheap buy twice

Scam. Send damaged goods, don’t reply emails or phone. Don’t use

I ordered 3 necklaces of them 2 came but 3rd never arrived even though they sent email to say it was shipped. I contacted them & was told they were fed up receiving bad r negative reviews that all my items were shipped. I ask for refund of missing necklace and was told it was shipped and delivered as their tracking states delivery was successful.. delivery was successful for 2 but definitely not the third. So now I don't have necklace or my money. Definitely avoid this company.
The necklace that didn't arrive I ordered from another place and I must say quality is a lot better as is the chain.

Please don't use this website. Its a scam. We ordered a necklace and its not as described. They dont answer emails. They will answer the phone but then ask you to email and never come back to you. DONT USE THEM.

Ordered a photo necklace around New Year and this has arrived today. 2 weeks to receive the item from China seems really good.

I am impressed with the overall product. I was worried that the photo of 4 people would be cropped but its not and you can see all people in the necklace well. It is slightly more difficult to project the photo using a torch but i think with a little practice getting the torch in the best position it will be possible to project as advised.

The only slight issue is the chain seems to be of poor quality but for the price I don't think you can complain. Would definitely order again.

0 stars. Awful company. Ordered a,photo necklace. Necklace came with a completely different photo of some random people that I don't know. Been emailing back and forth. Still no refund. Do not use this company

Wish I could leave 0 stars. I ordered this over a month ago, I haven’t received it. I have emailed over 10 times asking where it is, and for a refund and I get no reply. Absolutely shocking.

Bad experience

I bought a ring from this company in November . Apparently got delivered to a place that I do not own? Messaged customer service multiple times, just kept going back and forth asking the same questions all the time. Last reply I got was December the 9th, even though I have emailed multiple times after that date, all I want is a replacement, don’t even want a refund!

Don't waste your money on this cheap ,pointless not fit for purpose tatt,ordered a necklace with a personalised photo in , image can't be seen even under magnification and came as a keyring instead ,awful scam

THIS COMPANY IS NOTHING TO DO WITH PRESTIGE JEWELS.NET THEY DO NOT DESERVE ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS. I ordered from the prestigejewels.net stupidly. So I have done my research.

I received my item in just after 2 weeks so not too bad especially over Christmas and it is coming from China , I bought the personalised heart necklace as a little memento for my daughter contains a treasured photo of the two of us , she was happy with the necklace but when looking at the photo in the stone of the two of us , we were disappointed to see it was upside down and so difficult to be able to see , I have attempted to contact the company twice but have been ignored , very poor quality and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Recieved no confirmation email. Money came out of bank and still no email. Shop says its in Manchester but the goods come from china!!!! Sick of this! Have cancelled my order and requested a refund to be told if necklace has been made I cant have a refund. DO NOT ORDER. And prestige jewes needs to be honest about their location! Ive yet to see if I get my money back

I ordered 2 necklaces in velvet gift boxes which was a lot extra. I only received one necklace in a very cheap box. I have contacted Prestige to ask about my missing necklace 7 times and have received no response. Order at your own risk. It's cheap and OK quality, (don't bother with the gift wrapping) however, your item may never arrive.

Product was horrendous, I waited 2 weeks for the order and the product was trash, it wasn't gifted to a friend as it was intended it was binned, please don't buy for anyone you care for, not worth the price or waiting time

I ordered four different picture keyrings as gifts for friends that had lost loved ones.
The quality of picture is so bad that I can’t distinguish which ones are which, such a waste of money as can’t give them to the recipients.
I’ve send four emails again with no response.

Took over a month to receive 2 separate orders. 1st order Photo key ring - waste of money. Cannot see photo. 2nd order - sent wrong size ring.
Emailed 3 times to ask for either refund of replace with correct size. No reply..
Do not waste your money on this company

Although delivery was in the time they allowed the photo inside only shows up as a smudge. Very disappointed in quality of the necklace. Upset that the photo doesn’t show as wanted this as a memory of my late father. Complete waste of money.

I received my order today after 3 weeks which isn't too bad considering it came from China. I am more than happy with the quality of the product and the photo inside is amazing I got it for my friend who lost her husband and can't wait to see her face.

Was concerned when I first ordered that this was a scam … but received my order within 2 weeks. It did appear to travel literally around the world to get here according to the tracking but download the shop app to track your purchase. Not the best quality necklace, the photo isn’t that clear, don’t bother with the box as it’s really cheap looking but I guess you get what you pay for. Thoughtful gift and looks quite nice.
