I ordered 4 necklace pendants the end of November. I had an email to say shipped a week later but unable to track my items due to no tracking information. I've emailed a couple of times to get an update but no reply, tried to call the company and no reply. I had the same issue with shine of life who said item shipped and then a week later advised my pictures never loaded up properly. I think these two companies are part of each other.

I feel sorry for the owner of the company prestigejewels.co.uk as these reviews are so obviously for prestigejewels.net.!

I'm sure of this because even though I typed in reviews for prestugejewels.net these were the reviews it took me too although when I looked at the picture and email address for this company I realised they're not the same company and when looking on their website they don't appear to sell the same personalised jewelry! I was only trying to see if the jewelery from prestigejewels.net was gold plated or actual gold after emailing them twice with no response - I find this and am now sure I will not be ordering from them anyway.

I can't believe people don't check before they leave a review for the wrong company. It makes me sad that a genuine company are suffering because people are so quick to tap reviews without looking at what they're reviewing.

I wish this company the best of luck in rebranding and please send me the new website as I'm sure it could be useful in future. Thank you

Has anyone got a number for this place !! I ordered 2 necklaces over a month ago !! 30 quid gone , out of my account and no parcel. Something needs to be done about this disgusting website.

Please please someone report this company, I have spent £64.00 with this company ordered my necklace on 17th October, still nothing, no returned emails and no tracking available. This company is a scam.

Update.. Still no order received after ordering 11th November. It now says shipped but that was 13 days ago. Still no response via email. Will be going to the bank to report them tomorrow and will be reporting to trading services or CAB everywhere. Absolutely shocking customer service and experience.

I ordered a necklace got an email and still heard nothing back! This place is an absolute joke and should be looked into by the police for fraud! Absolutely gutted my necklace hasn't been delivered! Hope they get there comeuppance .. disgusting!!!!!

I wouldn’t even give one star. Total scam. I bought a necklace for my Sister as she’s just lost her grandson. It was broken and marked badly on arrival. I had an email from Cory Heaton after I complained saying it was being reviewed but, like everyone else, I’ve heard nothing. A phone number I found is for a retired chemist! Consumer Direct should be involved in this. Every customer should contact their bank as paying by card has refund facilities

Iv not had my gift took money out of bank no reply from my emails robbed me blind my tracking number don't work this site needs reporting after about 2 weeks I got a phone call of prestige.com there business as been hacked, to prestige. Net as the prestige. Net took all pics and other stuff from there sites

In good faith I ordered a very sentimental piece of jewellery from this company. It never arrived. I did however get a delivery from them, it was 6 1inch by 4inch strips of sanding paper. They will not respond to my emails asking for a refund. AVOID!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY STEAL YOUR WELL EARNED CASH. BANDITS

Haven't received order I've emailed them 3 or 4 times now and no reply

2 months waiting for my item
Tracking was all over the place
After contacting them they just said give it more time
Probably not there fault but they don’t make you aware they are in china until you have ordered
Only use if you don’t mind waiting 1 to2 months for delivery and always pay with PayPal so you can get your money back

Three months no order flying round world.keep away from this store

Haven't received my order and getting worried now as I've emailed and heard nothing back and I bought it for my auntie who is dying of Cancer and wanted her to have it
