I purchased a Stylus from Premium Sound and it developed a fault and they very resolved the issue with a brand new replacement and it was all done very quickly and they had it returned to them next day service and the same when the fault was replicated by them and the replacement Stylus was sent to me with a next day service so i am very happy with the service as items can get faulty after they are purchased and will purchase from them again when i need a replacement Stylus or other Audio equipment they sell.

I had to wait a while for my KEF LS60s to be manufactured. Premium Sound kept me up to date with progress. On the planned date of delivery the DPD driver was sick so Alex drove the 200 miles round trip to Norfolk to deliver them personally. This was exceptional service and I am very impressed with the company and their employees who went the extra miles to keep their promises.

This is my first time purchasing from Premium Sound, I thought I should leave a review to say how happy I am with the service and product I received. The delivery company managed to damage the box so badly in transit that the turntable inside was unusable due to a broken plinth. Alex at Premium Sound was excellent in arranging a replacement, which actually was an improvement on the original item I originally ordered.

Premium Sound has now become my first choice for Hi-Fi. Super helpful and great choice of units.

Premium Sound, the first time I shopped in this store, it was Technics 1200g open box. As they assured me, the turntable was like new with no signs of use. I am currently in the process of setting up the turntable and very happy with the purchase. I recommend this store and I will definitely recommend it to my friends myself. Unfortunately I was charged twice as my order was some how duplicated. But I can’t receive a refund till Premium Sound sort it out with Dpd their delivery company. Which there is no time lead on, this has left my account low on funds to pay direct debits etc. Still waiting to hear from someone.

Simple and straightforward online purchase, despite missing inclusion of the Blue stylus - this was quickly rectified the next day by email informing me that one would be arriving the following day. It was indeed delivered on time. Very happy with the service - from ordering, delivery and customer service. The Technics turntable is superb too!
